民国内地棉花技术设备引进中的近代化趋势——以山西棉花打包机厂筹建为例

【摘要】：民国初期,在政府引导下,中国掀起了棉花种植业的改革。棉花产量大幅增长的同时,间接推进了棉花打包技术及动力装置的进步。随着沿海垦荒种棉事业的失败,中国棉花种植重心逐渐向内地转移,从此带动了内地棉花打包技术的发展。山西棉花产量虽没有位列全国之最,但作为棉产量较多的内地省份之一,借此机会也加入了引进棉业技术设备的潮流中来。本文以内地山西省人民公营事业董事会为筹建风陵渡棉花打包机厂而引进西方先进技术设备为例,详细梳理了在引进技术设备过程中,企业自主经营权的变化对技术引进的影响,从微观的视角考察20世纪30年代工业化进程中的经验得失,以期为进一步探讨中国近代化发展问题提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the Republic of China, under the guidance of the government, China set off a reform of cotton planting industry. Indirectly promoted the progress of cotton packaging technology and power plant. With the failure of coastal reclamation, China's cotton planting center of gravity gradually shifted to the mainland. This led to the development of cotton packaging technology in the mainland. Although Shanxi cotton production is not ranked among the highest in the country, it is one of the inland provinces with more cotton production. Taking this opportunity to join the trend of importing cotton technology and equipment, this paper takes the board of people's public utilities in Shanxi Province as an example to prepare for the establishment of Fenglingdu cotton baling machine factory and to introduce advanced western technology and equipment. In the process of introducing technology equipment, the influence of the change of enterprises' independent management right on the technology introduction is analyzed in detail, and the experience gained and lost in the industrialization process in 1930s is investigated from the micro perspective. In order to further explore the development of modern China to provide reference.
