供给侧改革视角下上海制造业转型升级路径探索

【摘要】：目前,上海制造业发展速度放缓,结构不断优化,迈入工业化后期阶段。受国内外经济形势、土地、劳动力、资源环境等要素的制约,"工业地位下降论"一时引发关注。供给侧改革作为中国经济发展的热词,是打造经济升级版的要求,也对上海制造业的转型升级提出了要求。在生产成本上升、发展空间(土地制约)和创新动力不足等重大瓶颈的制约下,上海制造业发展需要突破传统的产业发展思维,结合中国市场经济的特性和上海城市发展的目标,在供给侧结构性改革的框架下,通过"降成本、补短板",寻找转型升级的新路径。
[Abstract]:At present, the development speed of Shanghai manufacturing industry has slowed down, the structure has been continuously optimized, and Shanghai has entered the late stage of industrialization, which is restricted by the economic situation at home and abroad, land, labor force, resources and environment, and so on. As a hot word of China's economic development, supply-side reform is the requirement of creating an upgraded version of the economy. It also puts forward the requirements for the transformation and upgrading of Shanghai manufacturing industry. Under the constraints of the rising production cost, the space for development (land constraints) and the lack of innovation power and other major bottlenecks. The development of Shanghai's manufacturing industry needs to break through the traditional thinking of industrial development, combine the characteristics of China's market economy and the goal of Shanghai's urban development, under the framework of supply-side structural reform, "reduce costs and make up for the shortcomings". Look for a new path to transition and upgrade.
