浙江工业企业杠杆率结构差异化研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国企业杠杆率高企,债务负担明显加重,作为工业大省和经济活跃省份,浙江企业高杠杆问题更为突出。本文通过数据对比发现,浙江与全国的高杠杆问题呈现出结构性差异化特征,与全国层面的国有企业加杠杆问题突出、规模以上工业企业和私营企业资产负债率持续下降不同,浙江企业高杠杆问题主要集中于民营小微企业。在此基础上,本文结合浙江区域经济金融发展特征探究了这种差异性产生的背后逻辑,并进一步分析了浙江小微企业高杠杆问题蕴藏的风险隐患,最后提出了相关政策启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country enterprise leverage is high, the debt burden was aggravated, as a large industrial province and economically active provinces, high leverage Zhejiang enterprises more prominent. Through the comparison of the data found that Zhejiang and the country's high leverage presents the structural differentiation characteristics, and the national level of state-owned enterprises and lever problems, the industrial enterprises above the scale of assets and liabilities rate of private enterprises continued to decline, high leverage of enterprises in Zhejiang mainly concentrated in the private Small and micro businesses. On this basis, the Zhejiang regional economic and financial development characteristics on the logic behind this difference generated in this paper, and further analysis of the problems in Zhejiang have a high leverage Small and micro businesses. The risk, and finally puts forward some policy implications.
