【摘要】:对企业而言,良好顺畅的组织沟通是企业发展成功的重要经营之道。尤其是随着企业的发展壮大,企业的层级变多,组织结构和人员构成变得更为复杂,对管理人员的管理技能和沟通能力的要求也更高。然而,当前企业在管理沟通理论的实践中仍存在不少问题,管理沟通不良现象几乎成为当前企业界的通病。如何使企业管理人员通过提升管理沟通技巧来改善团队效率,提高工作绩效,增强组织凝聚力,是企业管理人员面临的重大课题。NLP(Neuro-Linguistic Programming,译作身心语言程序学)教练技术作为一种新兴的管理沟通技术,自上世纪70年代诞生以来,已经获得了西方企业界的普遍认可,近些年来在国内也得到了较为广泛的认知,并逐渐被国内部分企业引入到企业管理和沟通技巧提升中来。首先,本论文基于一般意义的人际沟通理论,总结和提炼出组织管理沟通的概念、内涵以及在发展历程中提出的具有代表性的理论模型,通过对国内外管理沟通的研究理论和实践进行综述,对沟通的起源、管理沟通的发展与模式、要素等进行了深入分析。其次,通过对NLP教练技术的理论综述,深入了解NLP教练技术的起源、发展及应用状况,详细阐述NLP教练技术在管理沟通领域的实践状况和效果,概括分析国内外企业管理沟通现状及存在问题,着重阐述国内企业的管理沟通问题,指出这是当前国内企业存在的阶段性问题,继而分析应用NLP教练技术对企业管理沟通的促进作用。再次,提出可以运用NLP教练技术来解决当前管理沟通问题的观点,并阐述NLP教练技术的运用策略,对如何解决管理沟通的问题进行相关的论证。对运用NLP教练技术解决国内管理沟通问题的步骤、方法以及评估方式进行了系统的阐述,详细介绍了NLP教练技术的课程设计与实施、评估模型的建立与评估过程。最后,结合G公司的实操案例进行实践分析,在对G公司的培训效果评估的相关研究和分析的基础上,强化理论的指导意义,通过运用训后调研问卷、面对面交流访谈以及统计数据的量化对比分析等严谨科学的方法,对NLP教练技术的实施效果进行全面细致的验证,进一步明确NLP教练技术在企业管理沟通中的推广价值和现实意义。本论文探讨了NLP教练技术对于企业管理人员提升在管理沟通技能方面的意义和价值,并对此进行了深入严谨的研究分析,并通过G公司的实践检验,得出研究结论,在一定程度上丰富了管理沟通理论的同时,也强化了管理沟通在企业中的实践经验。
[Abstract]:For enterprises, good and smooth organizational communication is an important way for enterprises to develop successfully. Especially, with the development of enterprises, the levels of enterprises become more and more, and the organizational structure and personnel composition become more complex. The management skills and communication skills of managers are also higher. However, there are still many problems in the practice of management communication theory. The phenomenon of poor management communication has almost become a common problem in the business community. How to improve the efficiency of the team, improve the performance of the work, and enhance the cohesion of the organization by improving the management communication skills. It is an important task for enterprise managers. NLPU Neuro-Linguistic Programming. As a new management and communication technology, coach technology has been widely recognized by the western business community since its birth in -30s. In recent years, it has been widely recognized in China, and gradually introduced by some domestic enterprises into the promotion of business management and communication skills. First, this paper is based on the general meaning of interpersonal communication theory. Summarize and refine the concept of organizational management communication, connotation and the representative theoretical model in the course of development, through the domestic and foreign management communication research theory and practice summarized, the origin of communication. The development and mode of management communication, factors and other in-depth analysis. Secondly, through the theoretical review of NLP coaching technology, in-depth understanding of the origin, development and application of NLP coaching technology. This paper expounds the practice and effect of NLP coaching technology in the field of management communication, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of management communication at home and abroad, and emphasizes on the problems of management communication in domestic enterprises. It is pointed out that this is the current stage of domestic enterprises problems, and then analyzes the application of NLP coaching technology to promote corporate management communication. Again. This paper puts forward the viewpoint that NLP coach technology can be used to solve the current problems of management communication, and expounds the application strategy of NLP coach technology. How to solve the problem of management communication is demonstrated. The steps, methods and evaluation methods of using NLP technology to solve the problems of domestic management communication are systematically expounded. The course design and implementation of NLP coaching technology, the establishment and evaluation process of evaluation model are introduced in detail. Finally, the practical analysis is carried out with the practice case of G Company. On the basis of the research and analysis of the training effect evaluation of G Company, the guiding significance of the theory is strengthened, and the questionnaire after training is used. Face to face interview and quantitative comparative analysis of statistical data and other rigorous and scientific methods, the implementation of NLP coach technology effect of a comprehensive and meticulous verification. This paper discusses the significance and value of NLP coaching technology in improving management and communication skills of enterprise managers. And carried on the thorough rigorous research analysis to this, and through G company's practice inspection, draws the research conclusion, has enriched the management communication theory to a certain extent at the same time. It also strengthens the practical experience of management communication in enterprises.
