【摘要】：休闲食品产业是近几年中具有良好发展前景的新兴产业。通过问卷调查的方式,对宁夏清真休闲食品消费情况展开调查、讨论与分析。结果表明,宁夏清真休闲食品产业在产品种类、口味创新、包装、品牌等方面需要进一步提升,在此基础上提出了探索性的对策建议。实地调查分析结果对促进西部民族地区,尤其宁夏清真休闲食品产业的发展有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Snack food industry is a new industry with good development prospect in recent years. Through questionnaire survey, the consumption of halal snack food in Ningxia is investigated, discussed and analyzed. Ningxia halal snack food industry needs to be further improved in product category, taste innovation, packaging, brand and so on. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some exploratory countermeasures and suggestions. The results of field investigation and analysis have certain reference significance for promoting the development of the western minority area, especially the halal snack food industry in Ningxia.
