【摘要】:在工业机器人领域,自动化设备的定制程度非常高,只有在设计前期深入调研客户的需求,围绕实际工作状况的要求,才能研发出成功的产品。定制产品研发质量和效率的高低已经成为企业核心竞争力的体现。如何优化这类产品的研发流程,缩短研发周期,是企业提升研发水平过程中必须解决的问题。当前中国存在着大量的自动化设备供应商,多数是一些中小规模的民营公司,这类公司的研发能力亟待提高。本文以A公司为研究对象,以精益思想为理论指导,深入分析A公司定制产品研发流程,发现流程中存在的三大问题:产品研发效率低、研发知识信息散乱和研发项目管控弱。然后提出针对性的解决方案,包括将产品研发流程由传统的门径管理流程(SGS)变更为集成产品研发流程(IPD);导入PLM产品生命周期管理软件,使产品研发信息通过软件呈现,提高工作效率;引入项目管理机制,由项目经理负责定制产品研发全过程管理。在本文的最后,通过实践验证,优化后的流程对提升研发效率具有积极意义,本文的研究成果可以作为同类中小企业研发流程优化改造的借鉴。但没有完美的流程,不同的企业有不同的特点,希望本文能为同类企业研发流程优化提供一种思路。
[Abstract]:In the field of industrial robots, automation equipment customization degree is very high, only the demand at the early stage of the design research of customers, around the actual working condition requirements, in order to develop a successful product development. The quality and efficiency of product level has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to optimize the product development process, shorten the development cycle, is to solve business problems in the process of upgrading the level of research and development. The current China there is a large supplier of automation equipment, most of which are small and medium-sized private companies, the company's R & D capacity needs to be improved. This paper takes the A company as the research object, with lean thinking as the theoretical guidance, in-depth analysis of research and development process of A company customization the product, found three major problems existing in the process of product development: low efficiency, R & D and R & D project management knowledge and information scattered weak. Then put forward the needle The solutions, including the product development process from the traditional way of management process (SGS) changed to integrated product development process (IPD); import PLM product lifecycle management software, make the product development information through the software, improve work efficiency; the introduction of project management, the project manager is responsible for the development of customized products the process of management. In the end, the practice shows that the optimized process is of positive significance to improve the efficiency of research and development, the research results of this paper can be used as optimization and development process of small and medium-sized enterprises of similar reference. But there is no perfect process, different enterprises have different characteristics, this thesis hopes to provide a way for the optimization research the process of similar enterprises.
