【摘要】:在经济飞速发展的当今世界,有两大问题亟待解决,一是环境日益恶化问题,另外一个就是非再生能源日益减少的问题。在这种背景下,电动汽车由于其清洁无污染、零排放的优点,成为了当今世界最有发展前途的交通工具之一。电池是电动汽车的核心部件,由于其技术壁垒较高,难于突破,它也是长期以来,制约电动汽车发展的主要因素。电池管理系统作为电动汽车能源系统的一部分,有以下功能:管理电池的充放电,指示引导合理使用电池,为提高电池的使用寿命,延长电动汽车的续航里程,这些功能能对降低电动汽车的成本起到关键的作用。短期内,电动汽车及零部件研发企业将电源的重点放在了电池管理系统的开发上。在汽车产业全球化趋势不断加快的今天,国际上汽车企业或开发中心之间的联合开发已成为世界汽车工业发展的趋势。在世界汽车工业的发展道路上扮演着重要的角色。而如何有效利用和管理跨企业的资金、人力资源、开发优势能力,如何进行提高联合开发汽车项目的绩效,正成为国内众多汽车企业的重要研究内容。好的管理能缩短开发周期,降低成本,降低风险,提高质量,探索出合理的开发管理模式对电动汽车及电池管理系统的研发显得尤为重要。本文围绕这一课题展开,以项目管理学为基础,综合运用文献法、对比法、案例法,对目前汽车行业盛行的研发管理模式分类,通过其对比分析,指出联合开发是目前我国电动汽车电池管理系统开发的最佳模式。总结我国电池管理系统联合开发中存在的问题,并对问题原因进行分析。结合问题原因分析国际成功案例,借鉴国际先进的联合开发管理经验,为我国电动汽车电池管理系统联合开发提出合理建议,提高我国电动汽车电池管理系统及电动汽车其他零部件的联合开发绩效,提高技术开发水平。
[Abstract]:In today's world with rapid economic development, there are two major problems to be solved. One is the worsening of the environment and the other is the decreasing number of non-renewable energy sources. Electric vehicle (EV) has become one of the most promising vehicles in the world because of its advantages of clean and pollution-free and zero emission. Battery is the core component of EV, and it is difficult to break through because of its high technical barrier. It is also the main factor that restricts the development of electric vehicle for a long time. As a part of the energy system of electric vehicle, the battery management system has the following functions: to manage the charge and discharge of the battery, to instruct the reasonable use of the battery. In order to improve the battery life and extend the range of electric vehicles, these functions can play a key role in reducing the cost of electric vehicles in the short term. Electric vehicle and parts R & D enterprises focus on the development of battery management system. Today, the trend of automobile industry globalization is accelerating. The joint development of automobile enterprises or development centers in the world has become the trend of the development of the world automobile industry. It plays an important role in the development of the world automobile industry. And how to effectively utilize and manage the cross-enterprise. Funds. Human resources, developing advantage ability and how to improve the performance of joint development automobile project are becoming the important research contents of many domestic automobile enterprises. Good management can shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost. It is very important to reduce risk, improve quality and explore reasonable development and management mode for electric vehicle and battery management system. This paper focuses on this topic, based on project management. Comprehensive use of literature, comparative method, case law, the current automotive industry prevailing research and development management model classification, through its comparative analysis. It is pointed out that joint development is the best mode for the development of battery management system for electric vehicles in China at present, and the problems existing in the joint development of battery management system in China are summarized. The paper also analyzes the causes of the problems, analyzes the international successful cases, and draws lessons from the international advanced experience of joint development and management, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the joint development of battery management system of electric vehicles in China. Improve the joint development performance of battery management system and other parts of electric vehicle in China, and improve the level of technology development.
