中越纺织品出口竞争力比较研究

【摘要】：越南从2006年在世界纺织品出口市场上排第16位,到2015年已经排第五位。越南的纺织品出口在许多方面具有强大优势,已经迅速发展。但是在国际市场上,越南纺织品出口的竞争地位还不明显。而中国一直是世界纺织品出口最大的国家。越南应如何从中国纺织业的发展经验学习,以提高自己的竞争优势。此外,中越两国纺织品出口除了竞争关系也具有良好的互补性。特别在这近几年,互补性有所增加。中国在原材料、技术方面具有强大的优势,而越南在劳动力成本、政策等方面明显体现出自己的优势。中越纺织品出口在国际市场上,根据双方生产及贸易的优劣势,完全可以实现互利共赢的局面。同时,有必要探讨两国纺织品出口竞争力的差异性,以便为本国政策制定提供参考。本文的研究对象是中越纺织品出口竞争力。在相关理论基础上,本文分析了中国和越纺织品出口贸易现状以及存在问题,找出对两国纺织品出口竞争力最有影响的因素。其次,利用四个竞争力指数、从不同角度来对比中越两国在纺织品出口方面的竞争力及其差异性。研究表明:1.中国和越南的纺织品贸易的竞争力都得到了显著的提升,并且两个国家的纺织品制成品的竞争力都大于非制成品的竞争力。2.中国纺织品贸易的综合竞争力大于越南,但中国和越南在纺织品成品上的竞争力差距小于纺织品非成品上的竞争力差距。3.越南在纺织品贸易方面的比中国更具有比较优势,中国正在丧失纺织品业的比较优势,但中国的纺织品行业依靠其他优势资源来支撑,依然维持着强大的竞争力。最后,从中国的发展经验提出为提高越南纺织产品出口竞争力的建议。
[Abstract]:Vietnam exports in the world textile market from 2006 to 2015 has been ranked sixteenth, ranked fifth. Vietnam's textile export has great advantages in many aspects, has been developing rapidly. But in the international market, Vietnam textile export competitive position is not obvious. While China has been the world's largest textile exports to Vietnam should be. How to learn from the development experience of China textile industry, to enhance their competitive advantage. In addition, the two countries in addition to textile export competitive relationship also has good complementarity. Especially in the recent years, complementarity has increased. China in raw materials, has a strong technical advantage, and Vietnam in the labor cost. Policy aspects obviously reflects its advantages. Sino Vietnamese textile exports in the international market, according to the production and trade advantages and disadvantages, can achieve mutual benefit and win-win Bureau The surface. At the same time, it is necessary to explore the differences of the export competitiveness of the textile, so as to offer reference for national policy. The research object of this paper is the export competitiveness of Sino Vietnamese textiles. Based on the related theories, this paper analyzes the current situation and the Chinese textile export trade as well as existing problems, find out the most influential factors to the export competitiveness of China's textile secondly, using four competitiveness index in textile exports competitiveness comparison between China and Vietnam and its differences from different angles. The results show that: 1. China and Vietnam's textile trade competitiveness have been significantly improved, and the comprehensive competitiveness of two countries, the competitiveness of textiles manufactured goods are greater than the competitiveness of manufactured goods.2. Chinese the textile trade is greater than that of Vietnam, but in the textile product competitiveness gap China and less than non Vietnamese textiles Finished on the competitiveness gap.3. in the Vietnam textile trade more than China has a comparative advantage, the comparative advantage of Chinese are losing the textile industry, textile industry, but the other Chinese rely on resources to support, continue to maintain a strong competitiveness. Finally, put forward from the development experience of Chinese to improve the export competitiveness of Vietnam textile product recommendations.
