【摘要】：正中国路桥工程有限责任公司(以下简称中国路桥),主要从事道路、桥梁、港口、隧道等基础设施建设。从1958年走出国门,承担政府对外援助的项目建设,1979年正式组建公司,进入国际工程承包市场,是中国最早进入国际工程市场的大型企业之一。中国路桥按照所在国法律法规和惯例,综合利用工程所在地的人力资源、社会关系,选拔、培养和雇用所在国员工,与中方员工相互协作、相互配合,共同完成工程施
