【摘要】：本文以我国部分创新型企业实践为背景,以持续创新理论、机遇管理理论、决策理论和系统工程理论为基础,运用文本挖掘、技术路线图、可视化表达等技术,构建创新型企业持续创新机遇决策模式,从而实现提升创新型企业机遇决策能力和水平的目的。首先,本文从重大环境机遇、技术机遇、经营者人因机遇、重大创新项目机遇和风险性机遇五个方面,构建创新型企业持续创新机遇假设集,通过因子分析和多元回归分析法对假设集进行验证,并识别出持续创新机遇关键因素集;其次,以识别出的关键创新机遇集为指标体系,构建基于属性测度法的创新机遇度量模型,并以云南铜业集团为例对该模型进行验证;然后,本文根据创新机遇决策特点,结合多属性决策方法,构建基于直觉模糊多属性群决策的机遇决策模型。结合云铜集团案例以及上一章节的机遇度量分析结果设计决策方案并进行案例分析,文章从利润、成本、损失、风险和后悔值五个指标属性对机遇决策方案进行评估,从而选择出满意的机遇决策方案。最后,本文从机遇决策机制组织结构与人员配备建设、创新型企业持续创新重大风险预警机制和重大机遇预报机制三个方面来构建创新型企业持续创新机遇决策机制。总之,本文从持续创新视角来研究创新型企业机遇决策模式,对于深化和完善持续创新理论,丰富和发展创新管理和机遇管理理论具有重要的理论价值。同时,本文研究成果为我国创新型企业,尤其是西部省区企业在持续创新过程中更好地对重大机遇提供较强的借鉴和参考,并为政府管理部门支持创新型企业建设提供理论依据,从而为建设创新型国家战略目标提供保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of continuous innovation, the theory of opportunity management, the theory of decision making and the theory of system engineering, this paper uses text mining, technology roadmap, visual expression and so on. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the ability and level of innovative enterprises to make decisions on opportunities, this paper starts with major environmental opportunities, technological opportunities, and opportunities for managers. This paper constructs the hypothesis set of sustainable innovation opportunities of innovative enterprises from five aspects: opportunities for major innovation projects and opportunities for risk. The hypothesis set is verified by factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. And identify the set of key factors of continuous innovation opportunity; Secondly, taking the identified key innovation opportunity set as the index system, the paper constructs an innovation opportunity measurement model based on attribute measure, and takes Yunnan Copper Industry Group as an example to verify the model. Then, according to the characteristics of innovation opportunity decision-making, combined with multi-attribute decision-making method. An opportunity decision-making model based on intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making is constructed. Combined with the cloud copper group case and the results of opportunity measurement analysis in the previous chapter, the decision scheme is designed and the case analysis is carried out. Loss, risk and regret value of five index attributes to evaluate the opportunity decision-making scheme, so as to select a satisfactory opportunity decision-making scheme. Finally, this paper from the opportunity decision-making mechanism organizational structure and staffing construction. Innovative enterprises continue to innovate major risk warning mechanism and major opportunity forecasting mechanism to build innovative enterprises sustainable innovation opportunity decision-making mechanism. This paper studies the opportunity decision-making model of innovative enterprises from the perspective of continuous innovation, which has important theoretical value for deepening and perfecting the theory of continuous innovation, enriching and developing the theory of innovation management and opportunity management. The research results of this paper provide a strong reference for the innovation enterprises in our country, especially the enterprises in the western provinces and regions in the process of continuous innovation. It also provides the theoretical basis for the government administration to support the construction of innovative enterprises, thus providing the guarantee for the strategic goal of building an innovative country.
