【摘要】：目前,中国进入工业化的关键时机,随着经济的发展,对仪器仪表的需求日益剧增,判断未来五年对仪器仪表的需求将稳定增长,年增长率在10%左右。仪器仪表设备的增长一方面表现在量上,另一方面也表现在技术水平不断提升和国产化及出口比例不断提高。没有该行业就没有信息时代,就不会有世界经济、科技的新发展,这是各国科技界、产业界的共识。近年来,随着我国能源、化工、节能环保等领域快速发展,行业市场需求增长较快,特别是工业自动化仪表和控制系统等技术含量高的产品需求增长尤为快速。中国仪器仪表市场蓬勃发展为全球带来商机,中国经济的持续发展,带来了全社会经济的快速增长。本文通过统计分析法、案例与理论相结合的研究方法,从探讨企业发展战略理论出发,对企业发展战略相关概念进行阐述和分析,阐述PEST模型、五力模型、SWOT模型等战略分析工具的基本理论。通过运用分析法、波特五力模型对该公司发展的外部环境进行分析,对长春锅炉仪表程控设备股份有限公司内部资源和能力进行分析,为确立该公司发展战略提供依据。在提出该公司发展战略目标,并进行该公司发展分析的基础上,提出该公司发展战略框架,并提出该公司发展战略实施的具体保障措施,主要通过实施生产经营战略、技术创新战略、营销战略、人力资源战略和财务管理战略,是确保公司总体发展目标的实现,维系企业长久竞争优势和腾飞。

The related concepts of enterprise development strategy are expounded and analyzed, and the basic theories of strategic analysis tools such as PEST model, five-force model and SWOT model are expounded. Porter's five-force model analyzes the external environment of the company's development, and analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of Changchun Boiler instrument Program Control equipment Co., Ltd. In order to provide the basis for establishing the development strategy of the company. On the basis of putting forward the strategic goal of the development of the company and analyzing the development of the company, the paper puts forward the strategic framework of the development of the company.
