【摘要】:伴随着全球经济一体化步伐的不断深入,企业所处的内部和外部环境也随之发生了巨大的变化。为了能够在时刻变化的市场竞争中取得良好优势并不断盈利,企业必须逐步建立和拥有自身的核心竞争力。财务战略的目的是通过对企业资本和资源的有效配置,来保障企业快速、稳定、持续的发展,加强企业在市场中的竞争能力,最终实现企业自身价值的最大化。因此,让企业健康而又平稳地发展,同时培养和强化企业的竞争优势,成为了研究企业财务战略的重要课题。中国当下社会不断发展,同时相关的信息产业也不断进步,世界范围内从事家用电器制造的企业所处经营环境也发生着根本的改变,全球化的经济形式越来越占主导位置,如何能够占领全球市场成为大部分跨国企业发展的首要任务。在全球竞争环境下,家电行业一直被视作是全球化较敏感的行业。放眼中国,由于劳动力素质和能力较高,同时成本又相对较低,所以很多跨国家电企业将制造工厂设置在中国。因许多跨国家电进入中国市场,我国的家电行业也开始迅猛发展。在我国改革开放的大环境下,家电行业一直成为改革的排头兵。以TCL集团股份有限公司(下称TCL集团)为例,长期成为我国家电行业的模范企业,其经过了30余年的不断发展,目前成为国内最大的、全球化经营的电子消费类企业之一。全文共分成五个部分进行阐述:其中,第一部分为本文的研究背景及研究内容,同时包含当前国内外学者相关研究的文献综述;第二部分涵盖财务战略的定义、特征以及对相关理论的解释说明;第三部分通过对TCL集团发展进程的回顾,从对其企业财务状况进行SWOT分析;第四部分进一步对TCL集团的财务战略进行详细分析同时给予相应评价;第五部分是对TCL集团财务战略提出相应对策以及合理的建议。本文通过对TCL集团财务战略的研究,不但能够对同行业内其他企业选择和制定相关财务战略起到借鉴意义,同时还能完善同行业其他企业的财务管理行为和策略,具有一定的战略眼光。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the global economic integration, the internal and external environment of the enterprise has also undergone tremendous changes, in order to be able to gain a good advantage and profit in the constantly changing market competition. Enterprises must gradually establish and have their own core competitiveness. The purpose of financial strategy is to ensure the rapid, stable and sustainable development of enterprises through the effective allocation of capital and resources. Strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, and ultimately maximize the value of the enterprise itself. Therefore, let the enterprise develop healthily and smoothly, and at the same time cultivate and strengthen the competitive advantage of the enterprise. It has become an important topic to study the financial strategy of enterprises. China's current social development, at the same time, the information industry is also making progress. The business environment of the enterprises engaged in the household electrical appliance manufacturing in the world has also undergone fundamental changes, and the economic form of globalization is becoming more and more dominant. How to occupy the global market has become the most important task for the development of most multinational enterprises. In the global competitive environment, the home appliance industry has been regarded as a sensitive industry of globalization. Because of the high quality and ability of labor force and relatively low cost, many multinational home appliance enterprises set up manufacturing plants in China, because many transnational appliances enter the Chinese market. The household appliances industry in China has also begun to develop rapidly. Under the environment of reform and opening up, the household appliance industry has been the vanguard of reform. Take TCL Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as TCL Group) as an example. After more than 30 years of continuous development, it has become the largest in China. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the research background and content of this paper. At the same time, it includes the literature review of scholars at home and abroad. The second part covers the definition of financial strategy, characteristics and explanation of relevant theories; The third part through the review of the development process of TCL Group, from the SWOT analysis of the financial situation of its enterprises; In the 4th part, the financial strategy of TCL Group is analyzed in detail and the corresponding evaluation is given at the same time. The 5th part is to put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the reasonable suggestion to the TCL group financial strategy. This article through to the TCL group financial strategy research. It can not only provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry to choose and formulate relevant financial strategies, but also improve the financial management behaviors and strategies of other enterprises in the same industry.
