新常态下制造企业的产业转型:综合动因与实现机制

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展进入新常态,特别是互联网与传统制造业的加速融合,在不断催生新产业、新业态的同时,也对制造业的转型升级提出了新的要求。制造企业的产业转型是制造业转型升级的微观基础。基于254家制造业上市公司的实证研究表明,制造企业的产业转型是企业自身成长的推力、原有产业的竞争压力与新目标产业的吸引力等因素综合作用的结果。因此,应加大政策扶持力度,推动企业通过强化互联网融合、加强管理创新等途径,顺利完成产业转型,不断获得持续成长的动力。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country entering the new normal, especially the accelerating integration of the Internet and traditional manufacturing industry, new industries and new forms of business have been spawned constantly at the same time. The industrial transformation of manufacturing enterprises is the micro basis of manufacturing transformation and upgrading. Based on 254 listed manufacturing companies empirical research shows. The industrial transformation of manufacturing enterprises is the result of the combination of factors such as the growth of the enterprises, the competitive pressure of the original industries and the attraction of the new target industries. Therefore, the policy support should be strengthened. To promote enterprises through strengthening the integration of the Internet, strengthening management innovation and other ways to smoothly complete the industrial transformation, and continue to obtain the power of sustainable growth.
