我国生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效及影响因素研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国生物医药产业发展十分迅速,逐步成为国民经济中的重要组成部分,生物医药产业的发展不仅能够带动国民经济增长还能带来一定的社会效益。目前,我国正处在经济结构转型的重要时期,大力发展生物医药产业对我国国民经济具有重要意义。生物医药产业属于高技术密集型产业,其发展离不开科技支撑,因此研究生物医药产业的科技成果转化绩效及其影响因素具有重要意义。本文在系统的梳理科技成果转化相关理论的基础上,有针对性的构建了我国生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效评价指标体系,选用因子分析法对其科技成果转化效果进行评估;对生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效的关键影响要素进行回归分析,在此基础上给出对策及建议,为生物医药产业的人力、资本投入提供理论支持。本文研究主要分为六个部分:第一部分简述了文章的选题背景以及研究意义,同时整理了国内外相关研究成果;第二部分对科技成果转化相关理论进行系统整理:第三部分有针对性的构造了我国生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效评估指标体系。在借鉴已有研究的基础上根据评价指标体系的构建原则从科技成果投入、科技成果转化效果、科技成果支撑条件三个角度构建我国生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效的评价指标体系,并选用因子分析法对科技成果转化绩效进行评价;第四部分主要分析了影响我国生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效的主要要素;第五部分是通过查找历年数据实证研究我国生物医药产业科技成果转化绩效评价及影响因素。通过查找我国生物医药产业1995-2014年科技成果转化指标的相关数据,将科技成果转化绩效值作为被解释变量,将科技成果转化绩效的主要影响因素作为被解释变量,建立模型分析科技成果转化绩效的主要影响因素。第六部分是对策建议。基于以上分析,提出了有效的对策促进我国生物医药产业的科技成果转化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's biomedical industry has developed very rapidly, gradually becoming an important part of the national economy. The development of biomedical industry can not only promote the growth of national economy but also bring some social benefits. At present, China is in an important period of economic structural transformation. The development of biomedical industry is of great significance to our national economy. Biomedical industry is a high-tech intensive industry, and its development can not be separated from the support of science and technology. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the performance of scientific and technological achievements transformation and its influencing factors in the biomedical industry. The index system of performance evaluation of scientific and technological achievements transformation of biomedical industry in China is constructed, and factor analysis method is used to evaluate the effect of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. On the basis of regression analysis of the key factors affecting the transformation performance of the scientific and technological achievements in the biomedical industry, the countermeasures and suggestions are given, which are the manpower of the biomedical industry. Capital input provides theoretical support. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part briefly describes the background and significance of the research, at the same time collates the relevant research results at home and abroad; In the second part, the related theories of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are systematically sorted out. The third part of the targeted construction of China's biomedical industry transformation of scientific and technological achievements performance evaluation index system. Based on the existing research on the basis of evaluation index system construction principles from the scientific and technological achievements input. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements in China's biomedical industry from three angles: the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements and the supporting conditions of scientific and technological achievements, and selects the factor analysis method to evaluate the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements. Part 4th mainly analyzes the main factors that affect the performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China's biomedical industry. The 5th part is an empirical study on the performance evaluation and influencing factors of the scientific and technological achievements transformation of Chinese biomedical industry by looking up the data of the past years. By looking up the index of scientific and technological achievements transformation of the biomedical industry in China from 1995 to 2014. Subject matter related data. The transformation performance value of scientific and technological achievements is taken as the explained variable, and the main influencing factors of the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements are taken as the explained variables. Based on the above analysis, some effective countermeasures are put forward to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China's biomedical industry.
