中科光电稀土LED灯发展战略研究

【摘要】:根据我国电力供给系统的数据以及我国的电力供给工业的统计数据表明,在2015年全年,我国国内的用电总量约为55500亿千瓦时,同比增长了0.5%,在2016年以致今后,随着我国经济的发展,预计对于电力的需求将会以较高的速度增长,同比增长速度将会保持在9.4%左右。从世界范围来看,在世界各用电领域,照明所消耗的电力资源占全世界发电重量的五分之一。我国用于照明的用电电量占总发电量的13%,目前已经超过了5100亿千瓦时。2009年12月,全球气候大会在丹麦首都哥本哈根召开。与会各方进过磋商,基本上达成了共识,认为现在人们的生产生活方式中,对于节能环保的意识不断增强,全世界各国公民对于本国和世界的绿色、环保、节能的认识不断加深。对于全球用电量不断增长的事实,提高现有照明产品的照明效率逐渐成为全世界以及我国抑制全球碳排放的主要方式,我国的白炽灯产品逐步被节能灯和LED照明产品所取代,这也标志着国家和我国居民对于节能环保照明产品的需求不断增加。综上,可以看出我国LED照明产品正在迎来快速发展的时期。本文参考了关于稀土LED灯发展的多篇专业文献,掌握了稀土LED灯原理以及战略管理相关理论。公司根据核心技术ac-led,研发出寿命可控的新型稀土LED发光材料技术,从发光源上解决了现有LED灯频闪的问题,实现了照明产品的微小化,并且大幅提高了LED灯的使用寿命,节能减耗,实现了绿色环保的目的,节约了成本。通过对战略理论的学习掌握了进行发展战略分析所需的工具。本文在中科光电稀土LED灯技术的基础上,从稀土LED灯的发展现状入手,分析了在产品发展中存在的问题,并且剖析了问题产生的内部和外部原因。结合了竞争理论,研究了产品发展的外界环境,政治、经济、社会、技术等方面,客观地分析了稀土LED灯具产品的产业环境现状。对中科光电稀土LED灯进行的分析,包括了对于产品在市场细分、产品生产以及产品销售方面的分析,综合运用宏观环境分析和态势分析法进行综合分析,确定本文论述产品的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁,并根据分析矩阵制定对策最终确定有效的发展战略。依照态势分析法以及宏观环境分析,本文制定了差异化战略、集中化战略、总成本控制战略组合,确定了以差异化战略为根本,在市场细分的基础上进行集中化战略,在提高科研技术投入和争取政府政策扶植基础上进行总成本控制战略的整体战略。最后,为了确保该战略的成功实施,需要在产品的研发上加大力度,保证产品满足市场需要;要注重产品质量,打造过硬的产品;要不断研究开发市场,为发展拓宽道路;要加钱与政府之间的沟通联系,积极利用国家政府的政策优势;要打造自主品牌文化,进一步提高产品的竞争力。
[Abstract]:According to the data of China's power supply system and the statistical data of China's power supply industry, in 2015, the total domestic electricity consumption is about 5550 billion kilowatt-hours. Improving the lighting efficiency of existing lighting products has gradually become the main way to curb global carbon emissions in the world and China. Incandescent products in China are gradually replaced by energy-saving lamps and LED lighting products. This also marks the national and Chinese residents of energy conservation and environmental protection lighting products demand continues to increase. It can be seen that China's LED lighting products are facing a period of rapid development. This paper refers to the development of rare earth LED lamps many professional literature. Master the principle of rare earth LED lamp and strategic management theory. According to the core technology ac-ledthe company developed a new rare earth LED light-emitting material technology with controllable life. From the light source to solve the problem of the existing LED lamp stroboscopic, realize the miniaturization of lighting products, and greatly improve the service life of LED lamp, save energy and reduce consumption, and achieve the purpose of green environmental protection. Cost saving. Through the study of strategic theory to master the tools needed for the development of strategic analysis. This paper based on the technology of photovoltaic rare earth LED lamp, from the development of rare earth LED lamp status quo. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the product development, and analyzes the internal and external causes of the problems. Combined with the theory of competition, it studies the external environment, politics, economy, society and technology of the product development. The industrial environment of rare earth LED lamps is analyzed objectively. The analysis of LED lamps is made, including the analysis of market segmentation, product production and product sales. Comprehensive use of macro-environmental analysis and situation analysis for comprehensive analysis, determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of products discussed in this paper. According to the situation analysis and macro-environment analysis, this paper formulates the differentiation strategy, centralized strategy, total cost control strategy combination.
