首钢码头物流转型战略研究

【摘要】:中国的经济发展越来越迅速,国内生产总值已经连续30年保持两位数的增长。近年来,我国物流行业的发展速度更是惊人。2016年全国物流总值227.8万亿元,同比增长3.9%,与之相比,中国物流产业却处在起步阶段,无论在物流企业的规模还是效率上,都与发达国家存在着较大差距。伴随着物流行业的快速发展,其对国家GDP增长的贡献也越来越受到社会的关注。由于物流行业竞争激烈,行业内利润空间已经逐渐被挤压,物流企业不得不利用新的经济环境进行战略转型来寻求发展。本文在回顾了有关企业战略管理理论的基础上,从曹妃甸区行业竞争环境和物流需求等方面对首钢码头的外部环境进行了分析,并结合首钢码头的自身情况和资源能力等内部条件进行了研究。综合运用了PEST、SWOT和波特五力等分析工具,制定出首钢码头转型战略,在差异化战略的基础上,实行成本领先战略、平台化战略、信息化战略等促进首钢码头的战略转型。然后选择物流服务延伸、物流战略联盟和定制化物流服务三种经营模式来为首钢码头转型提供利润保障。随着当前我国物流行业的快速发展,行业内部的竞争也越来越激烈。以首钢码头为研究对象来分析我国传统物流行业的发展趋势,同时结合水路运输自身特点来进行战略规划,从而能够更好地为物流转型的发展方向做出指引。
[Abstract]:China's economy is growing more and more rapidly, and its gross domestic product (GDP) has been growing at double-digit levels for 30 consecutive years. In 2016, the total value of logistics in China was 227.8 tillion yuan, an increase of 3.9%, compared with the same period last year, but the logistics industry in China is still in its infancy. Whether in the scale or efficiency of logistics enterprises, there is a big gap with the developed countries, accompanied by the rapid development of the logistics industry. Its contribution to the growth of national GDP has been paid more and more attention by the society. Because of the fierce competition in the logistics industry, the profit space in the industry has been gradually squeezed. Logistics enterprises have to use the new economic environment for strategic transformation to seek development. This paper analyzes the external environment of Shougang wharf from the aspects of competition environment and logistics demand in Caofeidian district. Combined with the internal conditions of Shougang Wharf, such as its own situation and resource capacity, the author made a strategy of Shougang Wharf transformation by using the tools of PEST-SWOT and Porter's five forces. On the basis of differentiation strategy, implement cost leading strategy, platform strategy, information strategy to promote the strategic transformation of Shougang wharf. Then choose logistics service extension. Logistics strategic alliance and customized logistics service three business models to provide profit protection for the transformation of Shougang wharf. With the rapid development of logistics industry in China. The competition within the industry is becoming more and more intense. Taking Shougang Wharf as the research object, this paper analyzes the development trend of traditional logistics industry in China, and combines the characteristics of waterway transportation to carry out strategic planning. In order to better guide the development direction of logistics transformation.
