基于消费者心理学的尖峰电价模型研究

【摘要】:在峰谷电价的基础上,提出了一种基于消费者心理学理论的尖峰电价(Critical Peak Pricing,CPP)模型。通过模糊隶属函数对典型日负荷曲线进行尖峰时段划分,并且依据消费者心理分析建立用户响应度曲线。以最小化峰谷差为目标函数建立尖峰电价作用机理模型,以用户响应度量化用户对CPP的响应,从而进行尖峰电价求解。算例表明,CPP可有效地进行削峰填谷、节约资源,改善日负荷曲线,可解决用户对电价响应的死区与饱和区问题。
[Abstract]:On the basis of peak-valley electricity price, a critical Peak pricing model based on consumer psychology is proposed. The peak period of typical daily load curve is divided by fuzzy membership function. Based on the consumer psychological analysis, the customer response curve is established, and the peak price mechanism model is established with the objective function of minimizing the peak and valley difference, and the user response to CPP is quantified by the user response degree. The example shows that CPP can effectively cut the peak and fill the valley, save resources, improve the daily load curve, and solve the problem of dead zone and saturation zone of user's response to electricity price.
