【摘要】：建筑行业是一个关系到国计民生的重大行业,自1978年改革开放以来取得了飞速的发展。目前,全国总体建筑市场需求减少、建筑行业产能过剩、同业竞争日趋激烈,河南本土企业生存环境也遭遇严峻挑战,如何实现稳中求进,企业战略管理显得尤为重要。本文以SYJ建筑工程公司为研究对象,经过对SYJ建筑工程公司内、外部环境分析,分析总结出SYJ建筑工程公司存在人力资源开发力度不够、企业文化未落到实处、缺乏品牌效应、组织机构职能重叠、纵向信息采集困难、主营项目不突出等客观存在的问题。经过慎重研判,SYJ建筑工程公司战略方向确定为:长期稳定发展、做区域行业领导者、开拓市政工程;通过对SYJ建筑工程公司经营领域、行业角色定位的分析,战略管理目标确定为:SYJ建筑工程公司业务方向转向民用建筑和城市市政工程建设,并打造集咨询、设计、检测、项目管理、投融资等一体化的全过程工程服务能力。SYJ建筑工程公司需要通过加快公司机构和职能的调整、强化成本控制、优化人力资源管理、提升对外经营能力、拓展企业经营结构、推动投融资建造业等内外保障措施的落实最终实现战略管理落地执行。本文以SYJ建筑工程公司发展战略管理问题为研究主线,在综合分析企业环境和宏观环境的基础上,运用PEST模型、SWOT矩阵模型等战略分析工具,对SYJ建筑工程公司的战略定位和战略管理进行定性分析,本文旨在对建筑行业的发展做出初步探索,并期望对于解决一些地方大中型建筑企业存在的战略管理问题给予一些实际的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a major industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. It has made rapid development since the reform and opening up in 1978. At present, the overall construction market demand in the whole country has decreased, the construction industry has overcapacity, and the competition among the same industry has become increasingly fierce. The survival environment of local enterprises in Henan is also faced with severe challenges, how to achieve steady progress, strategic management of enterprises is particularly important. This paper takes SYJ construction engineering company as the research object, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of SYJ construction engineering company, It is concluded that SYJ construction engineering company has insufficient human resource development, lack of corporate culture, lack of brand effect, overlapping of organizational functions and difficulty in collecting vertical information. After careful study, the strategic direction of SYJ Construction Engineering Company has been determined as: long-term stable development, regional industry leader, development of municipal engineering, management field of SYJ Construction Engineering Company, Analysis of industry role positioning, strategic management objectives determined as the business direction of the: SYJ Construction Engineering Company to civil construction and municipal engineering construction, and build a set of consulting, design, testing, project management, The whole process engineering service ability of investment and financing. SYJ construction engineering company needs to speed up the adjustment of the organization and function of the company, strengthen the cost control, optimize the human resource management, enhance the external management ability, and expand the business structure of the enterprise. Promote the implementation of internal and external safeguard measures such as investment and financing construction industry and finally realize the implementation of strategic management. This paper takes the development strategy management of SYJ construction engineering company as the main line of study, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of enterprise environment and macro environment, Using PEST model and SWOT matrix model and other strategic analysis tools, the strategic positioning and strategic management of SYJ construction engineering company are qualitatively analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to make a preliminary exploration on the development of the construction industry. It also expects to provide some practical reference for solving the problems of strategic management in some local large and medium-sized construction enterprises.
