推进军民融合深度发展的战略思考

【摘要】：近年来,我国军民融合发展步入快车道,军民融合的范围不断拓展、形式不断丰富、程度不断加深,经济建设取得快速发展的同时,国防和军队实力明显增强。然而,军民融合国家战略在推进落实过程中还面临着思想观念转变难、统筹合力形成难、利益格局打破难的"三难"考验,迫切需要通过增强"三力",即思想引领力、统筹统管力和发展内动力破除发展困境,早日形成全要素、多领域、高效益的军民融合深度发展格局。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's civil military integration development into the fast lane, the scope of civil military integration continues to expand, enrich, deepening, economic construction has achieved rapid development, national defense and military strength has increased significantly. However, the integration of military and civilian national strategy in promoting the implementation of the process is also faced with the concept of change is difficult, and form a joint force to break the pattern of interests to the "three" test, the urgent need to strengthen the "three forces", namely thought leading force, and control force and the power of development to get rid of the plight of development, the early formation of total factor, multi field, high efficiency of the civil military integration depth development pattern.
