中国广核集团阳江核电项目知识管理策略研究

【摘要】：中国广核集团阳江核电项目是国家第十一个五年计划中的重点能源建设项目,同时也是目前我国一次性核准机组数量最多和规模最大的核电项目,是我国核电规模化、系列化、标准化发展的重要标志。知识经济时代已经悄然到来,知识作为生产、管理要素所起作用越发重要,知识管理的高效优势尤其适用于复杂的核电厂建设和运行的管理活动。因为核电厂的工程建设和生产运营具备质量要求高、项目投资大、周期长、项目管理复杂度高的特点,而阳江核电项目在建设、生产阶段又存在高峰叠加、生产任务繁重等特点,知识管理策略的提升将有助于提升企业在核电站建设及运营等领域的竞争力。资料显示,知识管理及知识管理理论与方法在国内外的研究较多,但是,关于核电相关企业的知识管理策略与研究目前还处于起步阶段。本文运用文献分析法、归纳法、案例分析法等手段首先对知识的内涵、知识管理的概念及国内外研究状况进行了总结和归纳;其次,通过归纳和总结,描述了阳江核电项目的企业文化、文档信息工作的情况、培训和经验反馈的现状与不足;接下来,在剖析了阳江核电项目知识管理不足原因的基础上,从多个维度对阳江核电知识管理策略的提升改进建议,如发展环境的影响、群堆建设高峰叠加、管理组织结构因素;最终,提出构建创新、产品、管理知识库的建议;提出建设一种新颖的,高度整合的知识管理平台,项目内部的信息、知识共享环境方面需要进一步提高和加强;矩阵化企业组织结构,使管理更加扁平,减少管理传递层级;建议师徒制的落实和经验反馈阶段性出版。在知识管理与核电事业快速发展的今天,把知识管理运用到大型商业核电项目,解决实际问题,降低企业成本,提升企业竞争力是知识管理研究赋予企业自身和社会的不可回避的使命,具有很强的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The Yangjiang nuclear power project of China Guang Nuclear Power Group is a key energy construction project in the 11th five-year plan of the state. At the same time, it is also the nuclear power project with the largest number of one-time approved units and the largest scale in China. It is a large-scale and serialized nuclear power plant in China. The era of knowledge economy has come quietly, knowledge as a production, management factors play an increasingly important role, The high efficiency advantage of knowledge management is especially suitable for complex management activities of nuclear power plant construction and operation, because the construction and production of nuclear power plant are characterized by high quality requirements, large project investment, long cycle, and high project management complexity. However, in the construction of Yangjiang nuclear power project, the production stage is characterized by peak superposition and heavy production tasks. The promotion of knowledge management strategy will help to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the construction and operation of nuclear power plants. There are many researches on knowledge management and knowledge management theories and methods at home and abroad. However, the strategy and research on knowledge management of nuclear power related enterprises are still in their infancy. Firstly, the paper summarizes the connotation of knowledge, the concept of knowledge management and the research situation at home and abroad; secondly, it describes the enterprise culture and document information work of Yangjiang nuclear power project by summing up and summarizing. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the reasons for the insufficient knowledge management of Yangjiang nuclear power project, some suggestions on how to improve the knowledge management strategy of Yangjiang nuclear power project, such as the influence of development environment, are put forward. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for building innovation, product and knowledge base, and proposes to build a novel and highly integrated knowledge management platform for the information inside the project. In the aspect of knowledge sharing environment, we need to further improve and strengthen the organizational structure of enterprises, so as to make management more flat and reduce the level of management transfer. It is suggested that the implementation of the teacher and apprenticeship system and the periodical publication of experience feedback should be carried out. With the rapid development of knowledge management and nuclear power industry, we should apply knowledge management to large-scale commercial nuclear power projects, solve practical problems, and reduce the cost of enterprises. It is an unavoidable mission of knowledge management research to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, which is of great practical significance.
