管理控制与劳动剥削:一个基于量化史学的考察

【摘要】:本文回归马克思的经济史传统,考察了近代中国工业中被广泛采用的劳动控制模式——工头制和包工制的运作方式以及它们剥削工人劳动的实现形式。研究发现,工头制的实施强度与剥削度存在显著的正相关关系,该劳动管理模式的核心仍是榨取剩余价值,而非新自由主义经济学中所强调的提供制度有效性。通过开滦煤矿的案例,直接计算出包工制下的剥削率,发现它对总剥削率的贡献在30%~40%之间。中华人民共和国成立后,生产资料公有制逐渐取代了私有制后,这类剥削制度才退出历史舞台。该历史进程清晰地显示出,消灭剥削的任务是无法通过对资本主义生产关系的改良来实现的,而只能通过对生产关系的重构来获得。
[Abstract]:This paper returns to the tradition of Marx's economic history, and investigates the mode of labor control widely used in modern Chinese industry, that is, foreman system and contract system, as well as their forms of realizing the exploitation of workers' labor. There is a significant positive correlation between the intensity of the foreman system and the degree of exploitation. The core of this labor management model is still to extract surplus value, not to emphasize the effectiveness of the supply system in neoliberal economics. The exploitation rate under the contract labour system was calculated directly, and its contribution to the total exploitation rate was found to be between 30% and 40%. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the public ownership of the means of production gradually replaced the private ownership. The historical process clearly shows that the task of eliminating exploitation can not be achieved through the improvement of capitalist relations of production, but only through the reconstruction of relations of production.
