哈密地区刺绣企业的发展研究

【摘要】:传统文化保护事实上应该要保护其本真性、保留其核心技艺,因而传统文化的生产性保护绝非简单地推进其生产企业化。传统手工艺品作为文化与经济、美术与工艺结合体,传承、发展以经济为主导,但价值核心竞争力在于其本真。本文注重探讨哈密维吾尔族传统刺绣生产性保护中存在的问题。文章共五个部分构成。第一部分提出本研究的理论意义与现实意义以及研究目的。据调查,虽然哈密市刺绣企业在农村企业结构升级、提供就业机会、增加经济收入、消除贫困、刺绣创新、刺绣业的企业化等方面起了很大的推动作用;但企业核心竞争力较弱,合作社的组织形式、分工、人才、产品标准、产品研发等方面还存在一些问题。本文为了解决这些问题,为提高哈密刺绣企业核心竞争力与哈密刺绣企业化发展相关研究贡献微薄之力,提出了一些参考性建议和对策。再次,探讨劳动分工理论、企业竞争力理论、区域经济发展理论、创新理论等与本研究相关的基本理论。以及分析了刺绣企业有关的不同观点。最后所提出的以研发体系+生产标准+销售渠道为竞争能力的企业品牌成长的模式来提高刺绣企业的竞争力是本文的创新之处。第二部分,主要论述哈密刺绣的历史悠久、多种文化、区域性、种类多等特点;以及刺绣企业与刺绣企业化的基本概念。第三部分,在6个区域的调查和研究过程中发现:一是,丰富的旅游资源,不仅为哈密市旅游业发展创造有利条件,同时对哈密刺绣业的发展也起了具足轻重的作用。二是,刺绣人力资源开发。刺绣文化资源与刺绣人力资源的开发互动。三是,刺绣企业化是把文化优势转变为资源优势和经济优势的有效途径。四是,刺绣企业对农村妇女提供了就业机会,对脱贫致富做出贡献。五是,政府的扶持政策降低了市场风险、节约经营成本。六是,企业家,刺绣创新、刺绣品牌是刺绣业发展的关键方面。第四部分,本研究发现在哈密刺绣企业发展中,存在刺绣企业保护、传承和发展与人才缺乏的现实矛盾、刺绣产品质量标准难以统一、哈密地区妇女发展民间刺绣企业的认识有待提高、企业内部分工不明晰,缺乏刺绣企业社会化服务环境等问题。总之,本文在案例研究与资料分析基础上,提出增强哈密刺绣企业的核心竞争力,以传统元素+现代设计+品牌营销为企业特色,以研发+生产标准+销售渠道为竞争能力的发展模式,加强刺绣业的企业关联—哈密旅游和养蚕业的发展、加强哈密刺绣企业的现代化管理、哈密刺绣要面向世界,就要刺绣在服装中运用等促进哈密刺绣企业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In fact, the protection of traditional culture should protect its authenticity and preserve its core skills. Therefore, the productive protection of traditional culture is not a simple way to promote its production and enterprise.Traditional handicrafts are a combination of culture and economy, art and craft. Inheritance and development is dominated by the economy, However, the core competitiveness of value lies in its true nature. This paper focuses on the problems existing in the productive protection of Hami Uygur traditional embroidery. The paper consists of five parts. The first part puts forward the theoretical significance and practical meaning of this study. Meaning and purpose of research. According to investigation, Although embroidery enterprises in Hami have played a very important role in upgrading the structure of rural enterprises, providing employment opportunities, increasing economic income, eradicating poverty, embroidery innovation, and the industrialization of the embroidery industry, the core competitiveness of enterprises is relatively weak. There are still some problems in the form of organization, division of labor, talents, product standards, product development and so on. In order to solve these problems, In order to improve the core competence of Hami embroidery enterprises and the relative research of Hami embroidery enterprises, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. Thirdly, the theory of division of labor and the theory of enterprise competitiveness are discussed. Theory of Regional Economic Development, The innovation theory and other basic theories related to this research, as well as the different viewpoints related to embroidery enterprises are analyzed. Finally, the model of brand growth of enterprises with the competitive power of R & D system production standard sales channel is put forward. To improve the competitiveness of embroidery enterprises is the innovation of this article. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of Hami embroidery with a long history, many cultures, regions and many kinds, as well as the basic concepts of embroidery enterprises and embroidery enterprises. The third part, in the course of investigation and research in six regions, finds that: first, Rich tourism resources not only create favorable conditions for the development of tourism in Hami City, but also play an important and important role in the development of Hami embroidery industry. Second, The development of embroidery human resources. The interaction between embroidery cultural resources and embroidery human resources. Third, embroidery enterprise is an effective way to transform cultural advantages into resource advantages and economic advantages. Fourth, Embroidery enterprises provide rural women with employment opportunities and contribute to poverty alleviation. Fifth, government support policies reduce market risks and save operating costs. Sixth, entrepreneurs, embroidery innovations, Embroidery brand is the key aspect of the development of embroidery industry. In part 4th, this study found that in the development of Hami embroidery enterprises, there are realistic contradictions between the protection, inheritance and development of embroidery enterprises and the lack of talents, and the quality standards of embroidery products are difficult to unify. In Hami area, women's understanding of the development of folk embroidery enterprises needs to be improved, the division of labor within enterprises is not clear and the social service environment of embroidery enterprises is lacking. In short, this paper is based on the case study and data analysis. The paper puts forward the development mode of enhancing the core competitiveness of Hami embroidery enterprises, with traditional elements modern design brand marketing as the enterprise characteristics, and R & D production standard sales channels as the competitive ability. Strengthening the development of Hami tourism and sericulture industry, strengthening the modern management of Hami embroidery enterprises, Hami embroidery must face the world, it is necessary to apply embroidery in clothing and other countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Hami embroidery enterprises.
