TL火电企业燃料管理流程优化研究

【摘要】:TL发电企业是一家火力发电企业,装机容量2台600MW机组,在目前火电市场上负荷产能过剩,竞价上网,1000MW以上机组不断并入电网等诸多不利因素的大环境下,600MW机组竞争压力骤增,使得企业必须挖潜增效,从企业内部突破,通过降低发电成本来增加企业竞争力,其中最重要的一项燃料成本占据火电机组70%以上的生产成本,燃料管理水平低下进一步加剧了成本的增加。随着自动化水平和计算机水平的不断提高,更多的科技产品应用到了工业生产。TL发电企业每天消耗1万吨煤左右,以市场价500元/吨计算,大概每天耗煤价值500万元,通过采用高科技设备运用到燃料管理中,配合先进的管理理论对业务流程进行再造和优化,长期来看,节约成本远高于投入成本。因此,燃料管理的优化与提升自然成为了一项值得探讨和研究的课题。当前火电行业普遍存在着燃料管理流程不科学,过程控制不精益,浪费严重,自动化水平差,劳动强度大等诸多问题。本文选用业务流程再造这个管理思想对燃料管理业务流程进行优化研究,旨在通过研究,使所研究的燃料管理流程能够最大限度的得到改善,提高整个燃料管理流程的工作效率,更加直接快速的提取数据信息提供到决策层,最大限度的减少浪费,使燃料管理流程得到最大程度的优化和改进。本文首先对业务流程再造理论、精益管理理论展开深入探索,然后对TL发电企业燃料管理工作现状和业务流程进行了调研,并在此基础上分析了TL发电企业燃料管理存在的问题,然后本文提出了TL发电企业燃料管理中从入厂管理、计量管理、采样、制样、化验、煤样存储及传输等方面流程再造的规划、方案设计与方案实施策略。并通过建立燃料精益管控中心,对燃料管理的全过程进行信息集成,并可以实现全自动化远程操作,实现燃料无人值守标准化自动化作业管理。通过采制样全自动一体化的设计,实现了全封闭自动的采样、制样、化验,使整个采样、制样、化验环节准确、灵活、高效、省力,同时避免了由于人为因素产生的各种误差。本文在理论研究的基础上深入现场调研,期望能够将精益思想、信息集成化思路应用于TL发电企业燃料管理流程优化,为TL发电企业燃料管理营造一个良好的运行环境,实现燃料采制样化验全自动一体化,从而做到人样分离,自动传输,盲存盲取;实现入厂煤闭环监管,实现燃料所有环节的集中管控,方便管理,便于管理者全局掌握,实现弃料自动处理,大大的节省了人力物力。最终能够帮助TL发电企业获取经济效益,提升核心竞争力,也能够为同类企业提供一份有价值的参考资料。
[Abstract]:TL power generation enterprise is a thermal power enterprise with installed capacity of 2 600 MW units. In the current thermal power market, there is overcapacity, and the competitive pressure of 600 MW units increases sharply under the circumstances of many unfavorable factors, such as the integration of more than 1000MW units into the power grid and other unfavorable factors in the current thermal power market. This makes it necessary for enterprises to tap potential and increase efficiency, break through from within the enterprise and increase the competitiveness of enterprises by reducing the cost of generating electricity. The most important item of the fuel cost accounts for more than 70% of the production costs of thermal power units. The low level of fuel management has further exacerbated the increase in costs. With the increasing level of automation and computers, more and more scientific and technological products have been applied to industrial production. TL power plants consume about 10,000 tons of coal a day. Calculated at the market price of 500 yuan / ton, the daily coal consumption is about 5 million yuan. Through the use of high-tech equipment in fuel management, with advanced management theory, the business process can be reengineered and optimized. In the long run, Therefore, the optimization and promotion of fuel management has naturally become a topic worthy of discussion and study. At present, fuel management processes are generally unscientific, process control is not lean, and waste is serious in thermal power industry. This paper chooses the management idea of BPR to optimize the fuel management business process. So that the fuel management process can be improved to the maximum extent, improve the efficiency of the entire fuel management process, more directly and quickly extract data information to the decision-making level, and minimize waste. In this paper, the theory of business process reengineering and lean management are deeply explored, and then the current situation and business process of fuel management in TL power generation enterprises are investigated. On this basis, the problems of fuel management in TL power generation enterprises are analyzed, and then this paper puts forward the following aspects: in-plant management, metering management, sampling, sampling, sample preparation, laboratory testing, fuel management in TL power generation enterprises. The planning, scheme design and implementation strategy of coal sample storage and transmission, etc. Through the establishment of fuel lean control and control center, the whole process of fuel management can be integrated, and the whole automatic remote operation can be realized. Through the design of automatic integration of sampling and preparation, the whole closed automatic sampling, sample making, testing, making the whole sampling, sample making, testing link are accurate, flexible, efficient and labor-saving, At the same time, all kinds of errors caused by human factors are avoided. Based on the theoretical research, this paper makes a thorough investigation on the spot, and expects to apply lean thinking and information integration to the fuel management process optimization of TL power generation enterprises. To create a good running environment for fuel management of TL power generation enterprises, realize the automatic integration of fuel sampling and preparation test, so as to achieve the separation of human samples, automatic transmission, blind storage and blind extraction, and realize the closed loop supervision of incoming coal. Realize centralized control of all links of fuel, convenient management, easy for managers to master the overall situation, realize automatic disposal of waste materials, greatly save manpower and material resources. Finally, it can help TL power generation enterprises to obtain economic benefits and enhance their core competitiveness. It can also provide a valuable reference for similar enterprises.
