技术进步路径对西部装备制造业创新能力积累的影响

【摘要】：历次科技革命的成果无不是通过装备制造业创造出来的,装备制造业的发展水平在一定程度上决定着我国制造业的发展水平。西部地区作为我国装备制造业三大生产基地之一,投入与产出的比率、创新能力的水平以及综合效益的研究都对我国经济的发展有着重要意义。技术进步无疑是整个社会经济长期增长的源泉,中国作为最大的发展中国家,面临着技术进步路径选择的难题。而创新能力积累的成果则可以衡量出究竟哪条技术进步路径的贡献最大。所以说,研究西部装备制造业技术进步路径的选择,研究西部装备制造业创新能力的提升,研究二者之间的关系就显得尤为必要。本文第一部分通过对研究背景、意义及相关文献的梳理,提出了技术进步路径对西部装备制造业创新能力积累影响的研究方案。第二部分通过对相关理论的梳理为本文要解决的问题奠定了理论基础。第三部分首先对西部装备制造业各省市地位进行分析;然后从自主研发、引进国外技术、国内技术购买以及外商直接投资这几个方面,对西部装备制造业技术进步现状分析;最后对西部装备制造业技术进步进行测度。第四部分通过模型的构建将熊彼特模型应用到本文研究的实际问题中。第五部分采用2005-2015年西部地区装备制造业的面板数据,实证分析了西部装备制造业自主研发、引进国外技术、国内技术购买、外商直接投资以及模仿创新对创新能力积累的影响。运用均值回归和分位数回归,从西部装备制造业不同子行业的角度和西部装备制造业不同省市的角度分别进行实证研究和结果分析。第六部分则在本文得到主要结论的基础上提出一些参考性的对策建议。本文实证结果显示,无论是从装备制造业子行业还是从不同省市的角度来看,创新能力积累的主要途径是通过外商直接投资及其模仿创新与消化吸收能力;增加参与研发活动的科技人员在一定程度上也可以推动创新能力的积累;虽然西部地区相对比较落后,但是适当地进行研发支出对创新能力的积累有一定的贡献;至于引进国外技术这一影响因素,无论是它本身还是在它基础上的模仿创新都没有对创新能力的积累做出贡献。针对结论提出如下政策建议:防止掉“进技术引进路径依赖”的陷阱;充分利用外商直接投资以及在此基础上的模仿创新及消化吸收能力;引进人才,促进西部大开发。
[Abstract]:The achievements of the previous scientific and technological revolutions are all created through the equipment manufacturing industry. The development level of the equipment manufacturing industry determines the development level of our country's manufacturing industry to a certain extent. The western region is one of the three major production bases of China's equipment manufacturing industry. The ratio of input to output, the level of innovation ability and the study of comprehensive benefits are of great significance to the economic development of our country. Technological progress is undoubtedly the source of the long-term growth of the whole society and economy, and China is the largest developing country. Facing the difficult problem of choosing the path of technological progress. The accumulation of innovation ability can measure which path of technological progress contributes the most. Therefore, to study the choice of the path of technological progress in the western equipment manufacturing industry, It is particularly necessary to study the relationship between the innovation ability of the western equipment manufacturing industry and the improvement of the innovation ability of the western equipment manufacturing industry. The first part of this paper combs the research background, significance and related literature. This paper puts forward the research scheme of the influence of technology progress path on the innovation ability accumulation of western equipment manufacturing industry. The second part lays a theoretical foundation for the problems to be solved by combing the relevant theories. The third part first lays a theoretical foundation for the west. The status of each province and city of equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed. Then from the aspects of independent research and development, introduction of foreign technology, domestic technology purchase and foreign direct investment, this paper analyzes the status quo of the technological progress of the western equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, the paper measures the technological progress of the western equipment manufacturing industry. Part 4th applies Schumpeter model to the practical problems studied in this paper through the construction of the model. Part 5th uses the panel data of the western equipment manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2015. This paper empirically analyzes the effects of independent R & D, imported foreign technology, domestic technology purchase, foreign direct investment and imitation innovation on the accumulation of innovation ability in the western equipment manufacturing industry. From the angle of different sub-industries in western equipment manufacturing industry and the different provinces and cities of western equipment manufacturing industry, the empirical research and result analysis are carried out respectively. Part 6th puts forward some references on the basis of the main conclusions of this paper. The empirical results of this paper show that, Whether from the sub-industry of equipment manufacturing industry or from the perspective of different provinces and cities, the main way to accumulate innovation ability is through foreign direct investment (FDI), its imitating innovation and digesting and absorbing ability. Increasing the number of scientific and technological personnel involved in R & D activities can also promote the accumulation of innovation ability to a certain extent, although the western region is relatively backward, but appropriate R & D expenditure has a certain contribution to the accumulation of innovation ability; As for the influence factor of introducing foreign technology, Neither the imitation innovation nor the imitation innovation based on it has contributed to the accumulation of innovation ability. The following policy suggestions are put forward in view of the conclusion: to prevent the trap of "path dependence of technology introduction"; We should make full use of foreign direct investment, imitate innovation and absorb ability on this basis, and introduce talents to promote the development of the western region.
