考虑余留效益的古诺模型水电厂报价策略

【摘要】:随着我国电力市场体制改革和电源发展方针的推进,水电将逐步走向市场成为竞争主体,水电竞价策略逐渐成为电力市场研究的热点之一。国内外学者关于于在电力市场下火电厂竞价上网和自优化运行的文章较多,而对水电厂的研究相对较少。同时,寡头垄断市场是介于垄断竞争与完全垄断之间的一种比较现实的混合市场,本文将研究寡头垄断市场类型下水电厂策略性竞价问题,以期为发电侧水电厂竞价策略提供理论依据,也为可再生能源进入市场参与竞价提供参考。本文在查阅国内外文献的基础上,首先对国内外电力市场研究现状进行了总结,并简单介绍了电力市场类型、水电传统调度理论及模型、市场力及其相关理论,及分析了影响水电厂竞价策略的主要因素;其次,针对市场结构中存在市场力的情形下,结合各发电厂成本信息非共同信息问题,以各电厂单台机组的简化问题入手,基于古诺模型建立了多个发电厂不完全信息的竞价模型,通过解析模型纳什均衡解生成发电厂的竞价策略,分析了市场需求、成本信息等参数对均衡产量的影响。然后,进一步以各电厂多台机组的复杂情形。并结合算例,研究了市场中拥有10个电厂情形下各发电厂商的竞价问题。最后,进一步探索水电厂未来时段售电效益与当前时段售电效益两者间的均衡问题,建立了考虑余留效益的水电厂竞价模型,研究了水电厂的余留效益对竞价策略的影响,得到了一些有效的结论。水电厂在进入市场竞价的过程中,由于其自身特性,必定有许多有别于火电厂的思量。本文对水电参与竞价问题进行有益尝试,获得了一些有意义的结果。然而,在发电侧的竞价过程中,还需要进一步研究和完善水电厂竞价理论。这对于电力改革的推进,健康市场的运行具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the reform of power market system and the promotion of power supply development policy, hydropower will gradually move towards the market and become the main body of competition. The strategy of hydropower bidding has gradually become one of the hotspots in the power market. There are more articles on bidding and self-optimizing operation of thermal power plants in the power market, but there are few researches on hydropower plants. The oligopoly market is a kind of realistic mixed market between monopoly competition and complete monopoly. This paper will study the strategic bidding problem of hydropower plants under the oligopoly market type. In order to provide theoretical basis for bidding strategy of hydropower plants on the power generation side, and to provide a reference for renewable energy to enter the market to participate in bidding. Based on the reference of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign electricity market research. It also briefly introduces the types of electricity market, the traditional dispatching theory and model of hydropower, market power and its related theories, and analyzes the main factors that affect the bidding strategy of hydropower plants. Secondly, in the case of market power in the market structure, According to the problem of non-common information of cost information in power plants and the simplification of single unit in each power plant, the bidding models of incomplete information of many power plants are established based on Cournot model. Based on the bidding strategy of generating power plant with Nash equilibrium solution, the influence of market demand, cost information and other parameters on equilibrium output is analyzed. Then, the complex case of multiple units in each power plant is further taken into account, and an example is given. In this paper, we study the bidding problem of power generation firms under the condition of having 10 power plants in the market. Finally, we further explore the equilibrium problem between the benefit of power sale in the future period of hydropower plant and the benefit of selling electricity in the current period. In this paper, a bidding model of hydropower plant considering residual benefit is established, and the influence of residual benefit of hydropower plant on bidding strategy is studied, and some effective conclusions are obtained. There must be many considerations different from those of thermal power plants. In this paper, a useful attempt has been made on the participation of hydropower in bidding, and some meaningful results have been obtained. However, in the bidding process on the generating side, It is also necessary to further study and improve the bidding theory of hydropower plants, which is of great significance for the promotion of electric power reform and the operation of healthy market.
