白电产业上市公司竞争优势对企业价值影响研究

【摘要】:竞争优势是企业在竞争中培育出来的一种特质,这种品质能够使企业在某一方面得到的经济价值超过其同行业竞争对手,对企业价值的创造起到了十分重要的作用。近年来,我国上市公司数量不断增加,企业价值成为投资者、股东等多方利益相关者的关注内容。故而系统的来考察竞争优势与企业价值两者之间有何关联十分有必要。本文以白色家电行业上市公司为研究对象,白色家电行业作为技术密集型的产业,市场发展速度快、产品技术更新快、竞争水平高是它的特点,培养和提高其竞争优势是其想要长久发展、最终实现其价值创造目标必不可少的要求,因此,本文来研究竞争优势对企业价值的影响,探索未来此行业应如何培养竞争优势,从而达到企业价值最大化目标。本文经过缜密的思考、推理和选择,对竞争优势进行解构,从核心能力和行业吸引价值两角度出发搭建起其与企业价值的联系。首先,本文研读了现有对竞争优势、企业价值及两者之间关系的国内外相关文献,基于竞争优势来源理论,以白色家电行业上市公司为例,构建了其竞争优势对企业价值影响的指标体系,其中把竞争优势分为核心能力和行业吸引价值两个维度,核心能力又由生存成长能力、资源管理能力、科技创新能力以及抵御危机能力四个维度组成。其次,通过实证研究,运用SPSS22.0进行了描述性统计、因子分析和多元回归分析,探讨了白色家电企业中哪些关键因素影响企业价值,本文研究结论为:作为竞争优势的—部分,核心能力格外重要,对白电企业的价值起到了正向的影响,其中生存成长能力、资源管理能力及科技创新能力对企业价值显著正相关,而抵御危机能力对企业价值不显著;企业所处行业的行业吸引价值对企业的价值呈显著正向影响。最后,以理论分析和实证研究的结论为基础提出了提升白电产业竞争优势的策略建议,既为投资者提供了参考价值,也能指导白电企业管理者找到提升企业价值的因素,管理者们可以通过改善这些因素来达到提升企业价值的目的。
[Abstract]:The competitive advantage is a kind of characteristic that the enterprise develops in the competition, this kind of quality can make the enterprise obtain the economic value in a certain aspect more than its competitor of the same profession, have played a very important role in the creation of the enterprise value in recent years. The number of listed companies in China continues to increase, and the enterprise value becomes an investor. So it is necessary to investigate the relationship between competitive advantage and enterprise value systematically. This paper takes the listed company of white goods industry as the research object. As a technology-intensive industry, the white goods industry has the characteristics of rapid market development, rapid product technology renewal and high competitive level. It is necessary to develop and improve its competitive advantage for a long time. Therefore, this paper studies the influence of competitive advantage on enterprise value, and explores how to cultivate competitive advantage in this industry in the future. Through careful thinking, reasoning and selection, this paper deconstructs the competitive advantage, sets up the relationship between the core competence and the industry attraction value from the two angles of the core competence and the industry attraction value. First of all, Based on the theory of competitive advantage source, this paper studies the domestic and foreign literature on competitive advantage, enterprise value and the relationship between them, taking the listed company of white goods industry as an example. This paper constructs the index system of the influence of its competitive advantage on the enterprise value, in which the competitive advantage is divided into two dimensions: core competence and industry attraction value, and the core competence consists of survival and growth ability and resource management ability. Science and technology innovation ability and ability to resist crisis are composed of four dimensions. Secondly, through empirical research, we use SPSS22.0 to carry out descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. This paper discusses which key factors affect the enterprise value in the white electrical appliance enterprise. The conclusion of this paper is as follows: as a part of the competitive advantage, the core competence is especially important, which has a positive effect on the value of the white electrical appliance enterprise, among which the survival and growth ability. Resource management ability and science and technology innovation ability are significantly positive correlation to enterprise value, but ability to resist crisis is not significant to enterprise value; the industry attraction value of enterprise industry has a significant positive influence on enterprise value. Finally, Based on the conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions to enhance the competitive advantage of white power industry, which not only provides reference value for investors, but also can guide managers to find out the factors to enhance the enterprise value. Managers can improve these factors to enhance the value of the enterprise.
