“城市矿产”发展路径创新——基于发展水平视角

【摘要】："城市矿产"作为国家战略新兴产业,在国民经济中的地位越显重要,但因区域地理、政策、经济、技术创新及资源环境等综合因素的影响,区域内各省份"城市矿产"发展参差不齐。为进行区域发展路径的有效创新,通过对2008—2014年经济数据进行全局主因素分析及对我国区域"城市矿产"发展进行全面科学的评价,可以将国内"城市矿产"划分为成熟领先区、跟进挑战区、持续追赶区、后进贫瘠区,并依据区域发展层次,因地制宜,采取制度突破、政府引导、技术创新等差异化路径,协同推进国内区域"城市矿产"产业的健康稳健发展。
[Abstract]:As a national strategic emerging industry, "Urban Minerals" plays a more and more important role in the national economy, but it is influenced by regional geography, policy, economy, technological innovation and resources and environment. The development of "urban minerals" in various provinces of the region is uneven. In order to carry out the effective innovation of the regional development path, the overall principal factors of economic data from 2008 to 2014 and the comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the development of regional "urban minerals" in China are analyzed. The domestic "urban mineral resources" can be divided into mature leading areas, follow up challenge areas, keep catching up areas, and backward poor areas, and according to the level of regional development, according to local conditions, take institutional breakthrough, government guidance, technological innovation and other differentiated paths. Coordinate to promote the healthy and steady development of the domestic regional "urban mineral industry".
