基于产业竞争力的植保无人机产业链研究

【摘要】:随着我国农业现代化的快速发展,农业生产对植保机械的安全性、高效性、精准性有了更高的要求,近几年兴起的植保无人机,受到农村市场的广泛关注。植保无人机为农业病虫害防治工作的顺利实施和国家粮食安全提供了保障,是我国农业现代化建设的重要组成部分。在市场需求的驱动下,我国植保无人机产业逐步发展壮大,但是由于处于产业生命周期的萌芽阶段,产业发展缺乏全盘布局,植保无人机产业并没有形成一条完备的产业链结构,产业整体竞争实力仍然比较薄弱,这些问题成为阻碍植保无人机产业进步的绊脚石。为了全面增强植保无人机产业的竞争优势,实现产业的繁荣发展,本文以产业竞争力和产业链理论为基础,探究影响我国植保无人机产业链竞争优势的因素,从而明确产业发展对策的重点。首先针对植保无人机这一特定产业,对波特产业竞争力分析模型—钻石模型进行改进,提出了影响产业竞争力发展的7大因素。通过对7大因素的总体分析和专家打分,总结得出“相关及支持性产业”这一因素存在的问题最为突出,是影响植保无人机产业竞争优势发挥的主要问题。然后本文以“相关及支持性产业”这一因素为切入点,以产业链理论为指导,构建了植保无人机的全产业链,总结出了全产业链的特征。并利用层次分析法和专家打分法对植保无人机产业链各环节的重要度进行分析,识别出产业链中重要性最大的两个关键环节——植保无人机研发产业和运营服务产业,同时这两个环节也是植保无人机产业链中的薄弱环节,关键环节的进步对于推动产业链各环节协调发展具有重要意义。通过进一步研究影响产业链关键环节发展的重要因素,为核心产业的发展找到正确的发展方向,同时有利于发挥核心产业的带动作用,实现植保无人机产业结构的优化升级。最后根据研究的结论,本文着重从政府、企业两个层面提出建议与措施。政府是促进产业成长的最大外部动力,应该积极发挥其引导、激励、服务和规范四个方面的作用,保障产业的持续健康成长。同时需要重点关注植保无人机研发产业和运营服务产业在产业链中的战略地位,以市场需求为导向,做大做强植保无人机研发企业和运营服务企业,最终实现整个产业链竞争优势的可持续增长。本文从产业竞争力的角度逐步深入到产业链关键环节的研究,基于研究结论提出具体建议与措施,这对于我国植保无人机产业的成长是十分有意义的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of agricultural modernization in China, agricultural production has higher requirements for the safety, efficiency and accuracy of plant protection machinery. Plant protection drones provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of agricultural diseases and insect pests control and national food security, and are an important part of agricultural modernization construction in China. Driven by market demand, plant protection drones provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of agricultural diseases and insect pests and national food security. The plant protection UAV industry in our country is developing gradually, but because it is in the embryonic stage of the industry life cycle and the industrial development lacks the overall layout, the plant protection UAV industry has not formed a complete industrial chain structure. The overall competitive strength of the industry is still relatively weak. These problems have become a stumbling block to the progress of the plant protection UAV industry. In order to comprehensively enhance the competitive advantage of the plant protection UAV industry and realize the prosperity and development of the industry, Based on the theory of industrial competitiveness and industrial chain, this paper explores the factors that affect the competitive advantage of the industrial chain of plant protection UAV in China, so as to make clear the key points of the countermeasures for industrial development. Firstly, aiming at the specific industry of plant protection UAV, This paper improves Porter's model of industrial competitiveness, diamond model, and puts forward seven factors that influence the development of industrial competitiveness. It is concluded that the most outstanding problems in the factors of "related and supportive industries" are the main problems that affect the competitive advantage of UAV industry. Then, this paper takes the "related and supportive industries" as the breakthrough point. Under the guidance of industry chain theory, the whole industry chain of plant protection UAV is constructed, and the characteristics of the whole industry chain are summarized. Identify the two most important key links in the industrial chain-the plant protection UAV R & D industry and the operational service industry. At the same time, these two links are also the weak links in the plant protection UAV industry chain. The progress of key links is of great significance for promoting the coordinated development of all links in the industrial chain. By further studying the important factors affecting the development of key links in the industrial chain, we can find the correct development direction for the development of the core industries. At the same time, it is beneficial to give play to the leading role of the core industry and to realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the plant protection UAV. Finally, according to the conclusion of the research, this paper focuses on the government, The government is the biggest external motive force to promote the industrial growth, it should give full play to its guiding, encouraging, serving and standardizing functions. At the same time, we need to focus on the strategic position of the plant protection UAV R & D industry and the operational service industry in the industrial chain. We should take the market demand as the guide and expand and strengthen the plant protection UAV R & D enterprises and operational service enterprises. Finally, the sustainable growth of the competitive advantage of the whole industrial chain is realized. From the angle of industrial competitiveness, this paper gradually goes deep into the research of the key links of the industrial chain, and puts forward specific suggestions and measures based on the conclusions of the research. This is of great significance to the growth of plant protection UAV industry in China.
