英语人才在茶叶对外贸易中的作用

【摘要】：随着我国市场经济和茶叶贸易的不断发展,我国茶叶企业的茶叶贸易已经不仅仅局限于国内市场,而更多地开始向国外市场进军,并占据了一定的销售份额。茶叶对外贸易的快速发展,致使茶叶企业对英语人才的需求越来越迫切,不少茶叶企业缺少对外贸易英语人才的短板也逐渐暴露出来。在这样的情况下,科学分析英语人才在茶叶对外贸易中的重要作用,有助于使茶叶企业认识到英语人才在茶叶对外贸易中的重要性,并积极投入到贸易领域英语人才的吸收、储备、培养中来。基于此,本文结合长期的对外贸易中英语人才扮演的重要角色,对英语人才在茶叶对外贸易中的重要作用进行了浅要分析,希望对相关从业者有所启示。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's market economy and tea trade, the tea trade of Chinese tea enterprises has not only been confined to the domestic market, but also began to march into the foreign market. As a result of the rapid development of foreign trade in tea, the demand for English language talents in tea enterprises is becoming more and more urgent. The shortage of English talents in foreign trade in many tea enterprises has been gradually exposed. In such cases, scientific analysis of the important role of English talents in foreign trade in tea, It helps to make tea enterprises realize the importance of English talents in tea foreign trade, and actively invest in the absorption, reserve and cultivation of English talents in the field of trade. Combined with the important role of English talents in foreign trade for a long time, this paper makes a brief analysis of the important role of English talents in tea foreign trade, hoping to enlighten the relevant practitioners.
