【摘要】：随着国内经济的发展和国民生活水平的提高,我国汽车的销售量和售后的服务水平也在不断增长,对于汽车产业相关领域来讲,挑战与机遇并存。我省汽车销售、配件和维修服务最具实力公司之一的捷龙汽车集团为发挥在本地汽车市场成熟与稳健的优势,进一步整合现有的汽车营销网络和资源条件,实现形成集团化的经营优势,携手广汽集团斥巨资打造一个以消费者为中心,汽车厂商、售后服务商为基本点的销、服一条龙配套汽车城商业综合体。CD捷龙国际汽车城的投资建设在经过捷龙集团科学的调查、论证和可行性研究之后,进入了该汽车城建设的规划阶段。本文的选材研究正是基于CD捷龙国际汽车城建设的需要,结合本人所学的项目管理知识以及实际的工作经验,通过科学的项目管理方法、工具的引入,在CD捷龙国际汽车城建设的生命周期阶段适时的进行CD捷龙国际汽车城建设项目的规划研究。全文围绕如何进行CD捷龙国际汽车城建设项目的规划这一主题分成六个章节进行了研究分析。论文首先在阐述了研究背景和意义的基础上,对国内外汽车建设研究发展现状和动态进行了总结和梳理,同时还为理顺论文的研究方向,阐明了论文研究的思路、内容和方法;紧接着对项目管理相关理论和方法进行了必要的阐述,主要是归纳和总结当前工程建设管理、项目管理的理论知识,梳理项目规划管理的主要内容。然后对CD捷龙国际汽车城建设项目进行了介绍;主要对项目的总体定位及功能、建设条件、投资及收益估算进行分析,并明确提出项目规划的必要性。再然后重点对CD捷龙国际汽车城建设项目方案进行规划探讨;主要从项目范围规划、项目业态布局规划、项目组织方式策划以及项目目标规划的角度对整个汽车城建设项目的方案规划进行探讨。随后再以CD捷龙国际汽车城建设项目方案规划保障为出发点,从项目的规划布局、实施的组织和关键、风险管理规划的角度提出项目规划实施的保障措施。总的来说,为顺利实现项目建设的目标,科学、规范、合理的项目规划必不可少且十分必要。本文从项目管理角度对CD捷龙国际汽车城建设项目规划与实施保障方面进行的探索,可为其他类似的汽车城项目建设实践提供启迪和参考。

In order to bring into play its mature and stable advantages in the local auto market, Jilong Automotive Group, one of the most powerful companies in accessories and maintenance services, further integrates the existing automotive marketing network and resource conditions, and realizes the formation of a business advantage of collectivization. Working together with the Guangzhou Auto Group to build a consumer-centered, automotive and after-sales service company as the basic point of sale, After the scientific investigation, demonstration and feasibility study on the investment and construction of the Jielong International Motor City, This paper is based on the needs of the construction of CD Jieilong International Motor City, combined with my knowledge of project management and practical work experience, through scientific project management methods. Then, the paper expatiates the relevant theories and methods of project management, mainly sums up and summarizes the theory knowledge of project construction management and project management. Combing the main contents of project planning and management, then introducing the construction project of CD Jetron International Motor City, mainly analyzing the overall orientation and function of the project, construction conditions, investment and income estimation. And clearly put forward the necessity of project planning. Then focus on the CD Jieilong International Motor City construction project planning, mainly from the project scope planning, project layout planning, From the perspective of project organization planning and project objective planning, the project planning of the whole automobile city construction project is discussed.
