民用技术转军用潜力评价研究

【摘要】：民技军用是科技领域军民融合发展的重要内容。本文分阐述了民用技术转军用潜力相关概念,介绍了证据推理理论,研究了民用技术转军用潜力评价指标,构建了基于证据推理理论的民用技术转军用潜力评价模型,并进行了案例分析。研究结论为科学识别与客观评价民技军用潜力提供了理论和方法支持。
[Abstract]:The civilian technology military is an important content of the military and civilian integration development in the field of science and technology. This paper expounds the related concepts of civilian technology to military potential, introduces the evidence reasoning theory, and studies the evaluation index of civilian technology to military potential. The evaluation model of civilian technology to military potential based on evidence reasoning theory is constructed and case analysis is carried out. The research results provide theoretical and methodological support for scientific identification and objective evaluation of civilian technology military potential.
