麦垛山煤矿军事化管理研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化的背景下,中国的经济得到了快速发展,企业竞争也越来越激烈。如何在企业竞争中脱颖而出,进而立于不败之地,管理能力和管理水平就显得越来越重要。军事化管理以其强大的执行力,一直以来牢牢地吸引着管理者的目光。八年来,麦垛山煤矿通过引入军事化管理,克服了矿井在发展建设中面临的各类困难和挑战,极大地改善了企业形象,提升了企业凝聚力,并且形成了良好的安全和生产秩序。企业的发展建设也逐步进入了快车道。但是,军事化管理的弊端也随之显现,面临着再次改革。本文对麦垛山煤矿的军事化管理进行研究,分析其军事化管理现状及特点,查找实施中在人文关怀、煤矿形象、工作纪律、安全秩序等方面存在的问题,并针对当前存在的问题提出了改进措施。研究得出的结论是,麦垛山煤矿要正确处理生产效率与以人为本的关系,正确处理军事化管理与民主管理的关系,正确处理军事化管理阶段性和超越性的关系。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, China's economy has developed rapidly and the competition of enterprises has become more and more intense. The management ability and management level is becoming more and more important. Militarization management, with its strong executive power, has always attracted the attention of the managers.For eight years, the Mai Dun Shan Coal Mine has introduced militarized management. It has overcome all kinds of difficulties and challenges in the development and construction of the mine, greatly improved the image of the enterprise and enhanced the cohesion of the enterprise. And has formed the good safety and the production order. The enterprise development construction also gradually entered the fast lane. However, the militarization management malpractice also appeared, faced with the reform again. This article carries on the research to the Mai Dun Shan coal mine militarization management, This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of militarization management, finds out the problems existing in humanistic care, image of coal mine, work discipline, safety order and so on, and puts forward some improvement measures in view of the existing problems. The conclusion of the study is that, The relationship between production efficiency and people-oriented, militarization management and democratic management, and the relationship between stages and transcendence of militarization management should be correctly handled in Mai Dun Shan Coal Mine.
