基于驱动因素视角下的辽宁省电子信息产业集聚度创新能力研究

【摘要】：当今电子信息制造业已是我国国民经济中的基础性和先导性产业,作为知识密集型产业,电子信息产业不可避免地要走在科技创新的最前端。“十三五”规划当中指出电子信息产业将成为整个经济的主要驱动力,作为新兴产业,信息产业需要适度的集聚发展,在经济转型的关键期,中国与其他国家基本上站在了同一起跑线上,所以,无论是从国家宏观角度还是从国内各地区微观角度都要把握住这次机会,增强电子信息产业的整体竞争力,进而促进经济结构转型,提高国家的综合实力。辽宁省作为东北老工业基地,对全国经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用,辽宁省经济近年来得到很大程度的发展,但是整体竞争力不强,产业结构不合理,产业发展绩效水平不高,并且随着各地区尤其是东部发达省市电子信息产业发展对辽宁省的冲击比较大,辽宁省电子信息产业怎样才能实现跨越式发展,使需迫切解决的问题。基于上述的大背景下,本文选取辽宁省电子信息产业作为研究对象,首先在阐释电子信息产业有关理论的基础上,对电子信息产业创新能力进行了深入的理论研究,其次对辽宁省电子信息产业的发展现状和产业集聚度做了描述性分析,第三是分析了辽宁省电子信息产业创新能力的影响因素,包括:科技创新能力(新产品销售收入和专利申请数),创新投入(研发经费投入K、研发人员投入L)、产权结构MARKET、政府支持FINAN、盈利能力PROFIT、外商直接投资FDI、产业集聚度COLL,第四是基于这9个指标,选取我国28各省市(排除西藏、青海、新疆)面板数据进行实证分析,得出哪些因素促进电子信息产业创新能力提升,哪些因素抑制了创新能力的提高,文章最后得出结论和提出建议。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the electronic information manufacturing industry is the basic and leading industry in the national economy of our country, as a knowledge-intensive industry, The electronic information industry inevitably has to walk in the front end of the scientific and technological innovation. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, it was pointed out that the electronic information industry will become the main driving force of the entire economy. As a new industry, the information industry needs a moderate agglomeration and development. In the critical period of economic transformation, China basically stands on the same starting line as other countries. Therefore, whether from a national macro perspective or from a domestic, regional or micro perspective, we should seize this opportunity. As an old industrial base in Northeast China, Liaoning Province plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Liaoning's economy has developed to a large extent in recent years, but the overall competitiveness is not strong, the industrial structure is unreasonable, and the level of industrial development performance is not high. And with the impact of the development of electronic information industry on Liaoning Province, especially in the eastern developed provinces and cities, how to realize the leap-forward development of the electronic information industry in Liaoning Province, which makes it urgent to solve the problem. This paper selects the electronic information industry of Liaoning Province as the research object. Firstly, on the basis of explaining the theory of electronic information industry, the paper makes a deep theoretical study on the innovation ability of electronic information industry. Secondly, the paper makes a descriptive analysis on the development status and industrial concentration of electronic information industry in Liaoning Province. The third part analyzes the factors influencing the innovation ability of electronic information industry in Liaoning Province. It includes: scientific and technological innovation capability (new product sales income and patent application number), innovation investment (R & D funds input K, R & D personnel input LU, property structure Mark, government support finan, profitability PROFIT, foreign direct investment FDI, industrial convergence degree. Coll, fourth is based on these nine indicators, The panel data of 28 provinces and cities in China (excluding Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang) are analyzed empirically to find out which factors promote the innovation ability of electronic information industry, and which factors inhibit the improvement of innovation ability. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions.
