“一带一路”背景下HS公司国际贸易风险管理研究

【摘要】:随着国内宏观经济下行压力进一步增大和过剩产能需要转出的背景下,国内建筑公司借助国家“一带一路”战略积极“走出去”谋求更大发展的空间。目前我国政府先后与数十个国家签署了推进“一带一路”和“国际产能合作”的文件,成为国际工程承包行业发展的重要驱动力。为了保障国际工程承包的顺利实施需要原材料、工程机械、各种设备的国际贸易,因此面临着在国际贸易业务中的诸多风险,包括汇率风险、价格风险、收款风险、外汇风险、国际贸易信用风险、国际贸易欺诈风险等。加之“一带一路”沿线国家大多地处中东、中亚、以及南亚这一“战略不稳定弧”,地缘政治风险、国际金融风险显得更为突出,所以国际工程承包公司要加大国际贸易风险防范。论文以国际工程承包企业HS公司为研究对象,通过对HS公司在国际贸易业务中面临的各种风险分析,充分利用风险管理方法和技术解决不同的国际贸易风险,同时对这些风险实施做定性和定量的分析。根据研究表明,HS公司主要面临着“一带一路”背景下产生的宏观国际贸易风险,国际工程承包行业产生的中观国际贸易风险,公司自身原因产生的微观国际贸易风险。在具体国际贸易业务中,通过设计模糊综合评价模型对这三个维度国际贸易风险进行识别,可以明确国际贸易风险的分类,分别为高度风险、较高风险、中度风险、较低风险、低度风险。对于不同级别的国际贸易风险制定不同的应对预案。为了保障国际贸易风险管理体系的实施,必须从HS公司组织结构调整入手,加强国际贸易风险管理制度建设,搭建内部监管平台,加强关于国际贸易风险的控制,让HS公司对国际贸易风险有一个体系化的过程控制。论文希望通过对HS公司国际贸易业务中风险的分析研究,可以给其他类似的国际工程承包企业带来经验与模式,从而能让其在国际贸易业务中有有能力去规避风险,减少亏损,增加营业收入。
[Abstract]:With the further increase of the downward pressure of the domestic macro economy and the need to transfer the excess production capacity, the domestic construction companies actively "go out" with the help of the national "Belt and Road" strategy to seek greater space for development.At present, our government has signed documents to promote "Belt and Road" and "international production capacity cooperation" with dozens of countries, which has become an important driving force for the development of international engineering contracting industry.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of international project contracting, international trade in raw materials, construction machinery, and various equipment is required. Therefore, there are many risks in the international trade business, including exchange rate risk, price risk, collection risk, foreign exchange risk.International trade credit risk, international trade fraud risk and so on.In addition, most of the countries along the route of "Belt and Road" are located in the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia, which is a "strategic instability arc", which makes geopolitical risks and international financial risks even more prominent.So the international project contract company should increase the international trade risk prevention.In this paper, HS Company, an international engineering contractor, is taken as the research object. Through the analysis of all kinds of risks faced by HS Company in international trade business, the paper makes full use of risk management methods and techniques to solve different international trade risks.At the same time, the implementation of these risks to do qualitative and quantitative analysis.According to the research, the company mainly faces the macro international trade risk under the background of "Belt and Road", the meso international trade risk produced by the international project contracting industry, and the micro international trade risk caused by the company itself.In the specific international trade business, by designing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to identify the three dimensions of international trade risk, the classification of international trade risk can be defined as high risk, high risk, moderate risk and low risk, respectively.Low risk.For different levels of international trade risk to formulate different coping plans.In order to ensure the implementation of international trade risk management system, it is necessary to start with the adjustment of the organizational structure of HS Company, strengthen the construction of international trade risk management system, build an internal regulatory platform, and strengthen the control of international trade risks.Allow HS to have a systematic process control of international trade risks.The paper hopes that through the analysis and study of the risks in the international trade business of HS Company, it can bring experience and model to other similar international project contracting enterprises, so that they can avoid risks and reduce losses in the international trade business.Increase operating income.
