面向项目型制造业的备件管理研究

【摘要】:项目型制造企业是一种为了配套客户的项目所需而设计制造产品的企业,其产品的特点是定制性较强、通用性差、需求难以预测、订货周期长,导致其用于维修、保养的备件管理相对于其他行业更具复杂性。为有效、合理地管理项目型制造产品的备件,本文对项目型制造业的备件管理的理论与方法进行了系统研究,并结合停车设备的备件管理,对论文所提出的理论进行了验证与应用,论文的主要内容包括:(1)分析项目型制造产品的备件管理的特殊性与复杂性,综合备件的重要性与需求频率维度,提出了基于AHPABC的备件分类理论,并应用实际案例对备件分类理论进行验证。(2)分析现有各类预测理论在不同类型的备件需求预测上的适用性。针对AB类备件,运用指数平滑法进行预测,并分析了平滑系数与预测精度的相关性,给出了较合适的平滑系数;针对CD类备件,提出了基于外部因素协变量的可靠性需求预测模型,并给出了针对外部因素协变量的线性回归预测理论。(3)阐述了备件中心的功能与重要性,综合重心法,提出了考虑总成本与服务水平的多目标备件中心选址模型,最后,运用遗传算法对模型进行求解并验证。(4)讨论了多分类备件库存控制方法,通过分析库存控制策略在不同类型备件上的适用性,提出了基于定点订货(s,S)的A类备件库存控制模型、基于安全库存(R,Q)的B类备件库存控制模型、基于定期订货(t,S)的C类备件库存控制模型与允许缺货(S-1,S)的D类备件库存控制模型。
[Abstract]:The project-based manufacturing enterprise is a kind of enterprise that designs and manufactures the products for the purpose of supporting the customer's project. Its products are characterized by strong customization, poor generality, unpredictable demand and long ordering period, which result in its being used for maintenance.Spare parts management for maintenance is more complex than other industries.In order to manage the spare parts of the project-based manufacturing products effectively and reasonably, the theory and method of the spare parts management in the project-based manufacturing industry are systematically studied in this paper, and combined with the spare parts management of the parking equipment,The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the particularity and complexity of spare parts management of project-based manufacturing products, the importance and demand frequency dimension of integrated spare parts.In this paper, the theory of spare parts classification based on AHPABC is put forward, and the theory of spare parts classification is verified by an actual case, and the applicability of existing prediction theories in different types of spare parts demand prediction is analyzed.For AB spare parts, the exponential smoothing method is used to predict, and the correlation between smoothing coefficient and prediction accuracy is analyzed, and a more suitable smoothing coefficient is given.The reliability demand forecasting model based on external factor covariable is put forward, and the linear regression prediction theory for external factor covariable is given. The function and importance of spare parts center are expounded, and the comprehensive center of gravity method is presented.A multi-objective spare parts center location model considering the total cost and service level is proposed. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and verify the multi-class spare parts inventory control method.By analyzing the applicability of inventory control strategy to different types of spare parts, this paper puts forward a class A spare parts inventory control model based on fixed-point ordering and a B type spare parts inventory control model based on safety inventory.Class C spare parts inventory control model and class D spare parts inventory control model based on regular orders (S / S) and S / S / S).
