供给侧视角下创新与企业成长研究——以华为公司为例

【摘要】：企业创新演变是一个复杂的动态累积过程,具有循序渐进的跃升特征。技术创新和制度创新的协同驱动,能增强企业竞争力。本文基于华为各阶段创新特点与产品升级等关键性事件,考察和分析华为公司创新模式形成及演化,发现华为存在"自主-连续-开放"的创新成长框架。从供给侧视角分析企业成长过程中,创新与企业成长、技术创新与制度创新、市场与政府、增量改革与存量改革、企业家精神与创新、阶段性成长与持续创新等各方面具有互动关系。
[Abstract]:The evolution of enterprise innovation is a complicated dynamic accumulation process, which has the characteristic of step by step.The cooperative drive of technological innovation and institutional innovation can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the key events of Huawei's innovation in different stages and product upgrading, this paper investigates and analyzes the formation and evolution of Huawei's innovation mode, and finds that Huawei has a framework of independent, continuous and open innovation and growth.In the process of enterprise growth, innovation and enterprise growth, technological innovation and institutional innovation, market and government, incremental reform and stock reform, entrepreneurship and innovation are analyzed from the perspective of supply side.Stage growth and continuous innovation and other aspects of the interaction.
