SG公司员工满意度研究

【摘要】:当前经济的不断发展,催生了各个行业的不断变革。与此同时,导致了传统产业发展的滞后,传统产业若想改变它的发展现状,则需要对其组织结构进行相应的调整并不断更新产品。而对于现代企业管理来说,员工满意度的管理成为其重要的内容,员工是企业产品的生产者和服务价值创造者,人力资本在企业管理中起着重要的作用,对人才的选拔成为企业发展的决定性因素。可是,国内企业对员工满意度调查重视远远不如国外企业,调查方式也很多在初级的层次上。近年来,有些企业对员工满意度的关注不够,没有及时体察员工的工作感受,满足员工的诉求,不重视与员工的交流。从而削弱了员工的工作积极性,造成了人才的流失和发展缓慢的状态。对此,企业应该重视与员工的交流,多倾听员工的呼声,积极处理员工的提出的问题。这样才能全面激发员工的斗志,为企业创造更好的效益。这就需要让员工在工作中有较为满意的感觉。因此,在此背景下,企业需对员工在工作中的满意度进行调查研究。笔者调查研究了SG公司员工在工作中的满意度,本文对此做了说明,提出了员工在工作中存在的一些问题,并对如何提高员工的工作热情做了相关研究,以提高竞争力。SG公司是我国最早从事石油化工和医药工程设计等项目的大型公司,已经有着超过半个世纪的历史。本文以SG公司为研究对象,通过研究该员工满意情况,了解员工对企业的看法和态度。论文从员工满意度相关文献收集和整理入手,了解国内外员工满意度现状及分析方法;通过问卷调查法对对SG公司员工满意度进行实证研究,分析影响SG公司员工满意度的因素,最后有针对地提出提升SG公司员工满意度的对策和措施。本文共进行了 303份问卷调查,其中有效问卷有298份,这些调查问卷统计了一些数据,从中得出影响SG公司员工满意的主要因素是对自身工作的提升,尤其是指工资待遇和福利方面。要提升SG公司员工满意度,应从员工的薪酬福利、个人发展机会与单位的发展前景等方面入手。主要的对策有:第一、加强沟通和技能培训,学会发掘每个员工的作用和潜能,从员工身上汲取资源。其次,大力提升公司的竞争力和管理水平,规范规章制度。第三、提高职工工资福利待遇,使公司在人才竞争中立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, various industries have been transformed. At the same time, it leads to the lag of the development of traditional industry. If the traditional industry wants to change its current situation, it needs to adjust its organizational structure and update its products. For modern enterprise management, the management of employee satisfaction has become an important content. Employees are producers of enterprise products and creators of service value, and human capital plays an important role in enterprise management. The selection of talents has become a decisive factor in the development of enterprises. However, domestic enterprises pay less attention to employee satisfaction survey than foreign enterprises, and many of the survey methods are at the primary level. In recent years, some enterprises pay less attention to employee satisfaction, fail to observe the working feeling of employees in time, satisfy the demands of employees, and do not attach importance to communication with employees. Thus weakening the enthusiasm of the staff, resulting in the brain drain and slow development state. Therefore, the enterprise should pay attention to the communication with the staff, listen to the voice of the staff, and actively deal with the problems raised by the staff. Only in this way can the fighting spirit of the staff be stimulated comprehensively and better benefit be created for the enterprise. This requires that employees feel more satisfied at work. Therefore, under this background, the enterprise needs to carry on the investigation and research to the employee's satisfaction in the work. The author investigates and studies the satisfaction degree of the employees in the SG Company, this paper explains this, puts forward some problems existing in the work of the staff, and makes the related research on how to improve the enthusiasm of the staff. In order to improve its competitiveness, SG Company is the first large company engaged in petrochemical and pharmaceutical engineering design projects in China, which has a history of more than half a century. In this paper, SG Company as the research object, through the study of employee satisfaction, to understand the employee's views and attitudes towards the enterprise. This paper starts with the collection and collation of relevant documents on employee satisfaction, understands the status quo and analysis methods of employee satisfaction at home and abroad, and makes an empirical study on employee satisfaction of SG Company through questionnaire survey. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the employee satisfaction of SG Company, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the employee satisfaction of SG Company. A total of 303 questionnaires were conducted in this paper, of which 298 were valid. Some data were collected from these questionnaires. It was concluded that the main factor affecting the satisfaction of SG employees was the improvement of their own work. In particular, it refers to wages, benefits and benefits. In order to improve the employee satisfaction of SG Company, we should start with the employee's salary and welfare, personal development opportunity and the development prospect of the unit and so on. The main countermeasures are: first, strengthen communication and skills training, learn to explore the role and potential of each employee, and draw resources from the staff. Second, vigorously improve the company's competitiveness and management level, standardize the rules and regulations. Third, improve the wages and benefits of employees, so that the company in the talent competition in an invincible position.
