长江经济带制造业产业集群发展研究

【摘要】：产业集群作为一种产业组织形式,有着其自身强大的集聚功能和竞争优势。产业集群不仅是国家决策者和经济学家们研究的热点,而且已成为各个国家和地区谋求竞争优势和增强国际竞争力的重要因素。随着中部崛起、西部大开发、“一带一路”、“中国制造2025”等国家战略的实施以及有关长江经济带指导意见的出台,标志着中国区域经济发展重点从过去的沿海开放,变为向东部沿海和中西部开放,这一转变为长江经济带的发展提供了新的动力。制造业产业集群是产业集群的主体,同时也是建设长江经济带的重要支撑。研究长江经济带制造业产业集群,有利于加快推动长江经济带制造业产业集群转型升级,有利于长江经济带积极参与国际竞争与合作。本文以长江经济带11省市的制造业为研究对象,对该区域的制造业发展的现状和制造业产业集群的集聚进行分析,明确了在新一轮长江经济带开放开发以及“中国制造2025”战略实施的大背景下,长江经济带制造业产业集群发展的不足,确立制造业产业集群发展的战略,提出长江经济带制造业产业集群发展的策略。本文共分五章,第一章主要叙述研究长江经济带制造业集群的背景、意义及思路方法;第二章主要阐述产业集群研究进展、研究综述等;第三章主要介绍长江经济带制造业发展的基本情况以及现如今长江经济带制造业所面临的机遇和挑战,并对长江经济带制造业进行了结构分析,明确了长江经济带制造业未来发展的重点;第四章详细介绍了产业集群的测度指标(产业空间集中率、区域产业集中度、区位商),并通过这三个指标分析长江经济带制造业产业集群的发展状况,指出了长江经济带制造业产业集群发展的不足;第五章提出长江经济带制造业产业集群未来发展的对策及建议。
[Abstract]:As a form of industrial organization, industrial cluster has its own powerful agglomeration function and competitive advantage. Industrial cluster is not only a hot topic for national policy makers and economists, but also an important factor for all countries and regions to seek competitive advantage and enhance international competitiveness. With the rise of the central region, the development of the western region, the implementation of national strategies such as "Belt and Road" and "made in China 2025" and the promulgation of the guiding opinions on the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the emphasis of China's regional economic development has been opened from the coastal areas in the past. The transition to the eastern coast and the central and western regions provides a new impetus for the development of the Yangtze River economic belt. Manufacturing industry cluster is the main body of industrial cluster, and it is also an important support for the construction of Yangtze River economic belt. The study of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is conducive to accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze Economic Belt and to actively participating in the international competition and cooperation of the Yangtze Economic Zone. Taking the manufacturing industry in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation of the manufacturing industry development and the agglomeration of the manufacturing industry cluster in this region. Under the background of the new round of open development of the Yangtze River economic belt and the implementation of the "made in China 2025" strategy, the deficiency of the development of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze Economic Belt is clarified, and the strategy for the development of the manufacturing industry cluster is established. The development strategy of manufacturing industry cluster in Yangtze River economic belt is put forward. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter mainly describes the background, significance and thinking methods of the research on the manufacturing cluster in the Yangtze economic belt, the second chapter mainly describes the research progress of industrial cluster, research review, etc. The third chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the development of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze economic belt and the opportunities and challenges faced by the manufacturing industry of the economic belt of the Yangtze River nowadays, and analyzes the structure of the manufacturing industry of the economic belt of the Yangtze River. The key points of the future development of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze economic belt are defined. Chapter four introduces the measurement index of the industrial cluster in detail (industrial spatial concentration rate, regional industrial concentration ratio, regional industrial concentration degree). Location quotient, and through the analysis of these three indicators of the Yangtze economic belt manufacturing industry cluster development situation, pointed out the Yangtze River economic belt manufacturing industry cluster development deficiencies; The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the manufacturing industry cluster in the Yangtze economic belt.
