辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司员工激励机制研究

【摘要】:能源战略的转型,新能源产业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,从事新能源项目开发运营的企业都在思考如何抢占市场先机、提升企业的核心竞争力。众所周知,人力资源管理已经成为企业提升核心竞争力的重要因素,如何吸引优秀人才、培育优秀人才队伍,已成为企业持续稳健发展的战略目标。激励管理是人力资源管理中难度最大、界面最广的管理,是解决企业效益最大化的催化剂。本文研究从事新能源事业的辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司,对该公司的激励机制现状进行了调查,梳理了其己经存在和使用的员工激励措施,对现有的激励措施进行了客观评价。笔者将致力于结合辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司现状,制定未来企业员工激励的目标和优化策略。目的就是通过员工激励措施的实施,激发员工的工作潜能,为企业做出更多的贡献,促进企业持续稳健发展。本文将相关理论运用到企业具体的实践之中,对辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司激励机制的现状进行了调研,并进行了系统评价,准确的提出了现行的激励机制中存在的问题,客观的分析了存在问题的原因,提出了下一步优化方案和具体实施措施。笔者提出了具体措施有:改善现行的薪酬管理,建立科学有效的绩效考核体系,设计员工职业发展通道,优化培训方式,营造宽松信任的文化氛围。本文通过梳理辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司的员工激励机制现状,对公司现行人资资源管理和激励管理有了充分认识,希望通过此文中明确的员工激励优化方案和实施措施,能为公司的人力资源管理有所帮助。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of energy strategy, the new energy industry ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. Enterprises engaged in the development and operation of new energy projects are thinking about how to seize the market opportunity and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. As we all know, human resource management has become an important factor to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to attract outstanding talents and cultivate excellent talents has become the strategic goal of sustainable and steady development of enterprises. Incentive management is the most difficult management with the widest interface in human resource management, and it is the catalyst to maximize the benefit of enterprises. This paper studies Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the new energy industry, investigates the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the company, and combs the existing and used employee incentive measures of Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd. The existing incentive measures are evaluated objectively. The author will be committed to the Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd., the status quo, to formulate the future enterprise employee incentive goals and optimization strategy. The purpose is to stimulate the working potential of employees through the implementation of employee incentives, to make more contributions to enterprises, and to promote the sustainable and steady development of enterprises. This paper applies the relevant theory to the practice of the enterprise, investigates the current situation of the incentive mechanism of Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd., and makes a systematic evaluation, and puts forward the existing problems in the current incentive mechanism accurately. Objective analysis of the causes of the problems, proposed the next optimization scheme and specific implementation measures. The author puts forward some specific measures: to improve the current salary management, to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system, to design career development channels for employees, to optimize training methods, and to create a culture atmosphere of relaxed trust. Through combing the current situation of employee incentive mechanism of Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd., this paper has a full understanding of the current human resource management and incentive management of the company. Can help the human resource management of the company.
