信贷偏好、需求诱导与富余产能

【摘要】：银行信贷偏好于风险控制范围内的项目,与成熟产业或有明确愿景的新兴产业的特征吻合,导致企业项目选择同质和产业的"潮涌现象",从而产生富余产能。同时,银行信贷增强了企业获得商业信贷和FDI的能力,产生信贷倍增效应,增强了企业扩大生产能力的动力。扩大的产业生产能力与国内外需求诱导相结合,进一步扩大富余产能。对中国工业部门34个行业面板数据实证分析表明,全部样本和分两大类产业的回归结果均证明,信贷偏好和需求诱导对产业产能过剩有显著影响,但分产业产能过剩的主要影响因素和影响的程度各有不同。金融危机前后,信贷偏好和需求诱导对各类产业的富余产能的效应有较大的变化。
[Abstract]:Bank credit, which favours projects within the scope of risk control, coincides with the characteristics of the mature industry or the emerging industry with a clear vision, leading to the selection of the "tide phenomenon" of the same quality and the industry, resulting in the production of surplus capacity. At the same time, bank credit has enhanced the ability of enterprises to obtain commercial credit and FDI, resulting in the multiplier effect of credit. The power of enterprises to expand production capacity. The expansion of industrial production capacity combined with demand induction at home and abroad to further expand the surplus capacity. Empirical analysis on the panel data of 34 industries in China's industrial sector shows that all the regression results of all the samples and two major industries have proved that credit preference and demand induced overcapacity for Industry There are significant impacts, but the main factors and effects of the overcapacity are different. Before and after the financial crisis, the effect of Credit Preference and demand induction on the surplus capacity of various industries has been greatly changed.
