【摘要】：近年来,医药行业增速远远高于我国的GDP增速,连续十几年都是两位数增长,随着医改不断深化,市场化程度将持续提升。国家大力推动“一带一路”等对外开放合作的外交战略,支持包括医药行业在内的中国企业加强国际交流和合作,中国的医药产品和服务在国际市场,尤其是欠发达国家市场也将得到进一步的拓展。此时研究中国医药集团国际化发展战略对于行业发展和国际化水平的提升具有重大理论和实践意义。本文依照“发现问题、分析问题、解决问题”的思路,研究中国医药集团国际化业务发展战略这个核心问题。本文分析中国医药集团国际化业务的现状和经验,找出了目前存在的五大问题,通过分析政策和经济环境以及国内外医药市场国际化形势和发展趋势,研究对标企业的发展路径,学习先进经验,梳理国际化业务发展思路。结合业务实践和理论分析成果,本文对中国医药集团国际化战略提出了下一步具体改进方向。要通过对贸易、工业、研发和服务四大业务板块的国际化建设,打造协同机制,不断丰富国际化产品和服务,完善国际化工业基地和研发机构布局,健全海外业务网络。同时在战略举措和战略保障层面也给出具体建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the growth rate of pharmaceutical industry is far higher than the growth rate of GDP in our country, it is double-digit growth for ten years in succession. With the deepening of medical reform, the degree of marketization will continue to improve. The state has vigorously promoted the diplomatic strategy of "Belt and Road" and other opening-up and cooperation, and has supported Chinese enterprises, including the pharmaceutical industry, to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and China's pharmaceutical products and services are in the international market. In particular, markets in less developed countries will also be further expanded. At this time, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the internationalization development strategy of China Pharmaceutical Group for the promotion of industry development and internationalization level. According to the idea of "finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems", this paper studies the core problem of international business development strategy of China Pharmaceutical Group. This paper analyzes the current situation and experience of the internationalization business of China Pharmaceutical Group, and finds out the five problems that exist at present. Through the analysis of the policy and economic environment, the internationalization situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical market, Research the development path of the standard enterprises, learn advanced experience, and comb the international business development ideas. Combined with the business practice and theoretical analysis results, this paper puts forward the next specific direction of improvement to the internationalization strategy of China Pharmaceutical Group. Through the internationalization of trade, industry, R & D and service, we should create a cooperative mechanism, enrich international products and services, perfect the layout of international industrial bases and R & D institutions, and improve the overseas business network. At the same time in strategic initiatives and strategic support level also gives specific recommendations.
