基于仿真的面饼生产作业车间产能和订单排产优化

【摘要】:国民生活水平不断提高,人们的食品健康意识也逐渐加强,促进了以健康饮食为理念的食品市场的发展,非油炸方便面便是典型代表。然而,在经济全球化的背景下,非油炸方便面面饼的生产方式正逐步向多产品、多生产线的生产模式转化。企业在实际生产管理过程中,由于生产设备和技术引进投入的加大,使企业的人力和能耗成本居高不下。另外,企业生产规模的不断扩大,也增加了车间生产管理的难度。因此,寻求一种可行的方法来解决面饼车间生产效率低和加工周期长等问题,有利于企业的长远发展。本文以A面条生产企业为研究对象,针对非油炸面饼车间产能不足和订单排产不合理问题,提出“仿真+优化”的方法。针对面饼生产车间和包装车间前后产能不平衡问题,采用“仿真+基础IE”的方法。利用eM-plant建立面饼生产线的仿真模型并导入实际生产数据,得到各工序的仿真生产信息。在此基础上,采用因果分析法提高员工设备故障分析和解决能力,降低故障发生率;利用ECRS原则、操作和动素分析等方法规范员工操作,改善不合理的工位布局,提高员工的作业效率,减少在制品囤积量;采用5S方法解决物品摆放不合理和车间环境差等问题,减少作业时间的浪费。对比优化前后的仿真结果,面饼包装车间的产能得到了显著提高,验证了优化方法的有效性。在保证生产过程稳定的基础上,采用基于仿真的遗传算法(GA)解决因车间订单排产计划不合理而导致生产周期长的问题。分析面饼生产车间的订单排产特点,将排产问题定义为多订单、多生产线和多约束的非等效并行生产线调度问题,并构建以订单生产周期最小化为目标的排产数学模型。利用eM-plant构建并行面饼生产线仿真模型,导入订单生产信息,通过遗传算法求得近优的订单排产方案。对比优化前后的订单排产方案,结果表明基于仿真的GA方法优于人工经验和优先规则的订单排产方法,有助于快速求得订单排产计划,并减少车间的订单排产时间。采用面向对象法构建面饼生产线仿真模型,通过仿真结果评价面饼生产的运行效果。分别采用IE和GA方法,解决车间产能不足和订单排产计划不合理问题,对相关食品生产企业提高产能和降低成本,具有一定的理论和实际意义。
[Abstract]:The level of national living is increasing, and people's awareness of food health is gradually strengthened, which promotes the development of the food market with the idea of healthy diet. Non fried instant noodles are typical representatives. However, in the context of economic globalization, the production formula of non fried instant noodle is gradually turning to multi product and multi production line. In the process of actual production management, the enterprise's manpower and energy cost are high because of the increasing input of production equipment and technology introduction. In addition, the continuous expansion of the scale of production has also increased the difficulty of production management in the workshop. Therefore, a feasible method is sought to solve the low production efficiency and processing week of the cake shop. The long term and other problems are beneficial to the long-term development of the enterprise. This paper takes the A noodle production enterprise as the research object, puts forward the method of "simulation + optimization", aiming at the problem of the shortage of production capacity and the unreasonable order production of the non fried noodle shop. The "simulation + base IE" method is adopted to solve the problem of the unbalance of productivity before and after the noodle production workshop and the packaging workshop. Using the eM-plant to establish the simulation model of the cake production line and importing the actual production data, the simulation production information of each process is obtained. On this basis, the cause and effect analysis method is used to improve the employee equipment failure analysis and solving ability and to reduce the failure rate; ECRS principle, operation and mobility analysis are used to standardize the staff operation and improve the disagreement. In order to improve the efficiency of the workers and reduce the amount of hoarding, the 5S method is used to solve the problems of improper arrangement of items and the poor environment of the workshop, and the waste of work time is reduced. The productivity of the pie packing workshop is greatly improved by comparing the simulation results before and after the optimization, which proves the effectiveness of the optimization method. On the basis of the stable production process, the simulation based genetic algorithm (GA) is used to solve the problem that the production cycle is long due to the unreasonable production plan of the workshop order. The characteristics of the order production are analyzed, and the scheduling problem is defined as the scheduling problem of multi order, multi production line and multi constraint non equivalent parallel production line. In order to minimize the production cycle of the order, the simulation model of the parallel cake production line is constructed with eM-plant, the order production information is introduced, and the near optimal order scheduling scheme is obtained by genetic algorithm. The result shows that the simulation based GA method is superior to the artificial experience and the priority rules. The method of order scheduling helps to quickly get order scheduling and reduce the production time of order production. The simulation model of cake production line is constructed by object oriented method, and the operation effect of the cake production is evaluated through the simulation results. IE and GA methods are used to solve the problem of the shortage of production capacity and the unreasonable problem of order scheduling. It is of theoretical and practical significance to improve production capacity and reduce costs in food production enterprises.
