安徽荣事达集团推动“双创”的经验及启示

【摘要】：大企业"双创"在推进大众创业、万众创新中具有关键地位和引领示范作用。总结大企业"双创"经验对深入推进大众创业、万众创新具有重要意义。安徽荣事达集团积极探索大企业"双创"做法,通过搭建平台、开放资源、阶段投入、精准扶持、组织创新等,实现了社会、企业和创客的多赢。其经验表明,推进大企业"双创",有利于实现全社会的资源整合和优势互补,激活社会创新能力,提高创新创业成功率,实现发展成果共享。
[Abstract]:Big enterprise "double creation" has the key position and the leading role in promoting the mass enterprise. Summing up the experience of "double creation" in large enterprises is of great significance for promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Anhui Rongshida Group has actively explored the "double innovation" approach of large enterprises. By building platforms, opening resources, investing in stages, precision support, organizational innovation, and so on, it has realized the multi-win of society, enterprises and creators. The experience shows that promoting the "double creation" of large enterprises is conducive to realizing the integration of resources and complementary advantages of the whole society, activating the ability of social innovation, improving the success rate of innovation, and realizing the sharing of development achievements.
