我国生产性服务业FDI对制造业效率影响研究

【摘要】：党的十八届五中全会提出"中国制造2025"的战略规划,将制造业列为我国经济发展的重点。其中制造业效率的提升是制造业发展的重点,而制造业效率的提升离不开相关产业尤其是生产性服务业的发展而单独实现,现阶段我国生产性服务业发展滞后,无法满足制造业转型的需要。与此同时,随着世界各国服务业对外开放程度的提高,跨国投资在服务业尤其是生产性服务业增长迅速。就我国而言,生产性服务业外商直接投资(Foreign Direct Investment,简称FDI,下同)的规模从2004年的62.99亿美元增加到2015年的495.93亿美元,总额增长接近9倍。在此背景下,探究我国生产性服务业FDI对制造业效率的影响具有重要意义。本文在相关理论基础上分别从直接效应和间接效应角度上分析了生产性服务业FDI对制造业效率的影响机制,并对生产性服务业FDI对制造业效率作用的影响因素进行相应分析。在理论研究的基础上,构建计量模型,运用2004-2014年我国21个省市区域面板数据,实证分析了生产性服务业FDI对制造业效率的影响效果,并从区域差异角度进行比较分析。研究结果表明:从整体上看,生产性服务业FDI能够显著提升制造业效率,其中技术进步效应大于技术效率效应,且制造业FDI的增加、人力资本的提高、制度改善能够促进生产性服务业FDI对制造业效率的提升;考虑区域的比较分析,通过实证结果得出,东部影响效果最佳,中部次之,西部影响效果不显著;制造业FDI的增加、人力资本的提高、制度改善对生产性服务业FDI促进制造业效率的发挥存在区域差异;人力资本对制造业吸收生产性服务业FDI存在一定的门槛。最后,根据理论分析与实证研究结果,对我国利用生产性服务业FDI提高制造业效率及促进效率的发挥提出建议。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic plan of "made in China 2025", which listed manufacturing industry as the focus of China's economic development. The promotion of manufacturing efficiency is the focus of manufacturing industry development, and the improvement of manufacturing efficiency can not be separated from the development of related industries, especially producer services. At the present stage, the development of producer services in China lags behind. Unable to meet the needs of manufacturing transformation. At the same time, with the improvement of the service industry opening to the outside world, transnational investment in the service industry, especially producer services, is growing rapidly. As far as China is concerned, the scale of foreign direct investment in producer services has increased from $6.299 billion in 2004 to $49.593 billion in 2015, an increase of nearly nine times. In this context, it is of great significance to explore the impact of FDI on manufacturing efficiency in China. On the basis of relevant theories, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of producer service industry (FDI) on manufacturing efficiency from the angle of direct effect and indirect effect, and analyzes the influencing factors of producer service FDI on manufacturing efficiency. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper constructs an econometric model, using the regional panel data of 21 provinces and cities in China from 2004 to 2014, to empirically analyze the effect of producer service industry (FDI) on manufacturing efficiency, and make a comparative analysis from the angle of regional difference. The results show that, on the whole, producer service industry (FDI) can significantly improve the efficiency of manufacturing industry, in which the effect of technological progress is greater than that of technological efficiency, and the increase of manufacturing FDI and the improvement of human capital. Institutional improvement can promote the efficiency of producer service industry (FDI) in manufacturing industry. Considering the regional comparative analysis, the empirical results show that the eastern effect is the best, the central one is the second, and the western impact effect is not significant, and the manufacturing FDI is increasing. With the improvement of human capital, there are regional differences in how the system improves the FDI of producer services to promote the efficiency of manufacturing, and there is a certain threshold for human capital to absorb FDI of producer services. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and empirical research results, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve manufacturing efficiency and promote efficiency by using producer service industry (FDI).
