西安市某设计研究院绩效考核体系优化研究

【摘要】:随着21世纪人力资源战略地位变得越发重要,企业能否对员工进行有效的绩效管理也成为了获取竞争优势的关键因素,也成为企业能否维持和提高生产力、实现利润目标的有力手段。有效的绩效考核能够促进企业的运作效率,也是企业提升核心竞争力的重要途径。将绩效考核结果有效应用在企业管理之中,不仅可以提高企业的管理水平,促使企业提升组织层面的绩效,还能够促进每个员工的个人发展,在员工个人发展目标实现的同时达到战略上的组织目标。首先,本文对绩效、绩效考核及绩效管理等概念和相关理论研究进行了阐述,以及对平衡计分卡、关键绩效考核指标(KPI)等国内外先进的绩效考核方法展开了论述。基于此,本文从西安市某设计研究院绩效考核的现状出发,通过分析西安市某设计研究院有限公司目前绩效考核体系中存在的主要问题及原因,结合西安市某设计研究院的具体实际,合理选取适合西安市某设计研究院的绩效考核管理体系方法——KPI,为西安市某设计研究院有限公司设计了结合该研究院发展现状的KPI绩效考核体系。同时,对该研究院绩效考核体系优化进行过程在保障措施和实施建议展开了设计,提出了相关建议和保障制度。通过对该研究院绩效考核体系的优化体系设计,希望能够对西安市某设计研究院实现自身的战略目标起到一些推动作用。
[Abstract]:As the strategic position of human resources becomes more and more important in the 21st century, whether an enterprise can effectively manage its employees has become a key factor to obtain competitive advantages, and it has also become a key factor for enterprises to maintain and improve their productivity. A powerful means of achieving profit goals. Effective performance appraisal can promote the operational efficiency of enterprises, and is also an important way for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. Applying the results of performance appraisal to enterprise management effectively can not only improve the management level of the enterprise, but also promote the individual development of each employee. Achieve strategic organizational goals while achieving personal development goals. First of all, this paper expounds the concepts of performance, performance appraisal and performance management, and discusses the advanced performance appraisal methods at home and abroad, such as balanced scorecard, key performance appraisal index (KPI) and so on. Based on this, this paper starts from the present situation of performance appraisal of a design and research institute in Xi'an, and analyzes the main problems and reasons in the current performance appraisal system of a design and research institute in Xi'an. Combined with the specific practice of a design and research institute in Xi'an, The method of performance appraisal management system suitable for a design and research institute in Xi'an is reasonably selected. The KPI performance appraisal system is designed for a design and research institute of Xi'an city, which is combined with the present situation of development of the research institute. At the same time, the optimization process of the performance appraisal system of the institute is designed in terms of safeguard measures and implementation suggestions, and the relevant suggestions and security systems are put forward. Through the optimization system design of the performance appraisal system of the institute, it is hoped that it will play a role in promoting the realization of the strategic objectives of a design and research institute in Xi'an city.
