TS烟草公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:在21世纪全球经济一体化的大背景下,随着国际控烟公约的实施,我国供给侧结构性改革的推进,尽管烟草公司拥有专卖专营体制的保护伞,但仍面临着前所未有的压力和挑战。许多公司为寻求自身的平稳发展,正积极探索建立从制度管理到文化管理的过渡模式,因此,烟草公司的企业文化建设显得尤为重要。我国烟草行业于2005年下发《中国烟草企业文化建设纲要》等一系列文件,提出“两个至上”行业共同价值观,掀起全行业企业文化建设热潮,有力推动全行业企业文化建设进程。各家工商业企业相继建立起符合自身特色的企业文化,在提升企业核心竞争力和员工凝聚力、促进企业稳定有序发展上起到积极作用,但是,一些企业在企业文化建设落地和践行方面还存在问题和不足。本文以TS烟草公司企业文化建设为研究对象,首先对国内外企业文化研究进行综述,并对企业文化相关理论进行阐述,提出了企业文化“雷达”模型;再结合行业企业文化建设背景和公司实际,运用SWOT分析法对TS烟草公司企业文化建设现状进行分析,指出了TS烟草公司在企业文化建设中形成的阶段成果,并通过分析其他企业先进文化建设的实例,形成借鉴、启示意义。其次运用问卷调查法对TS烟草公司企业文化建设现状进行调研,指出问题,并分析原因,提出下一步完善改进的意见。最后针对整体规划、改进原则、具体措施等设计了TS烟草公司企业文化建设改进方案,并从理念层面、制度层面、行为层面、物质层面等提出具体改进措施。本文对TS烟草公司企业文化建设的改进完善起到一定推动作用,达到完善管理模式、提高企业核心竞争力的目的,同时对其他地市级烟草公司企业文化建设具有现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic integration in the 21st century, with the implementation of the International Convention on Tobacco Control and the promotion of supply-side structural reform in China, despite the fact that tobacco companies have a protective umbrella under the monopoly system, But it still faces unprecedented pressures and challenges. In order to seek their own steady development, many companies are actively exploring the establishment of a transitional model from institutional management to cultural management. Therefore, the construction of tobacco companies' corporate culture is particularly important. In 2005, China's tobacco industry issued a series of documents, such as the outline of the Construction of Chinese Tobacco Enterprise Culture, which put forward the common values of "two supreme" industries, and set off an upsurge of enterprise culture construction in the whole industry. Has the power to promote the entire industry enterprise culture construction progress. Various industrial and commercial enterprises have successively established corporate culture that conforms to their own characteristics, which plays a positive role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and staff cohesion and promoting the stable and orderly development of enterprises. However, Some enterprises still have problems and deficiencies in corporate culture construction and practice. This article takes TS tobacco company enterprise culture construction as the research object, first carries on the summary to the domestic and foreign enterprise culture research, and carries on the elaboration to the enterprise culture correlation theory, proposed the enterprise culture "radar" model; Combined with the background of enterprise culture construction and the actual situation of the company, this paper analyzes the present situation of TS tobacco company's enterprise culture construction by using SWOT analysis method, and points out the achievements of TS tobacco company in the stage of enterprise culture construction. And through analyzing other enterprise advanced culture construction examples, form reference, enlighten meaning. Secondly, this paper investigates the present situation of TS tobacco company's enterprise culture construction by questionnaire, points out the problems, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement. Finally, according to the overall planning, principles of improvement, specific measures to design the TS tobacco company corporate culture construction improvement plan, and from the concept level, system level, behavior level, material level and so on specific improvement measures. This paper plays a certain role in promoting the improvement and perfection of TS tobacco company's enterprise culture construction, achieves the goal of perfecting the management mode and improving the core competitive power of the enterprise, and has realistic guiding significance to the enterprise culture construction of other prefectural and municipal tobacco companies at the same time.
