经济新常态下石家庄电力市场分析与预测

【摘要】:电力市场的分析与预测是电力发展规划中最为核心的成分,也是电网规划建设的依据和基础。随着电力工业在国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色,电力市场的正确预测显得尤为重要。随着中国经济进入新常态,电力生产消费也呈现新常态特征。从整体来看,用电量整体趋势由高速提升态势进入低速增长阶段。电力消费增长主要动力呈现由高耗能向新兴产业、服务业和居民生活用电转换的变化,电力供需形势由偏紧转为宽松。论文重点分析石家庄经济发展中出现的结构转型、经济指标变化等新趋势、新特点。对石家庄地区用电比重较大的重点行业和用户工业产品产量变化趋势,用电变化情况进行分析,并对本地区新兴产业发展进行重点分析,对影响电力市场的各项政策进行梳理。通过分析影响电力供需的内外部环境变化,对经济运行、电力需求、负荷特性、电力供需平衡等进行分析与预测,为电网企业制定规划、计划和经营决策提供可靠依据,同时将电网企业的经济效益、规划水平及投资决策水平有效提升。
[Abstract]:The analysis and prediction of the electricity market is the most core component of the power development planning, and it is also the basis and foundation of the power grid planning and construction. As the power industry plays a more and more important role in the national economy, the correct prediction of the electric power market is particularly important. With the new normal of China's economy, the power production and consumption are also new. As a whole, the overall trend of electricity consumption is from high speed to low growth stage. The main motive force of power consumption growth is from high energy consumption to emerging industry, service industry and residential living electricity conversion, and the situation of electricity supply and demand from tight to loose. The article focuses on the analysis of the economic development of Shijiazhuang. New trends and new characteristics, such as structural transformation and change of economic indicators. The trend of production change in key industries and users' industrial products in Shijiazhuang area is analyzed, the development of the new industry in the region is analyzed, and the policies that affect the power market are combed. Through the analysis of the influence of electricity, the influence of electricity is analyzed. The internal and external environment changes of force supply and demand are analyzed and predicted for economic operation, power demand, load characteristics and power supply and demand balance. It provides a reliable basis for planning, planning and management of power grid enterprises, and improves the economic efficiency, planning level and investment decision level of power grid enterprises effectively.
