建龙钢铁集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:近几年来,全球钢铁产业普遍出现产能过剩的情况,国际的经济形势依然不太乐观,存在很大的不确定性。然而我国的钢铁产业内部竞争异常激烈,整个钢铁产业基本上都在连年亏损的状态下运营。尤其是随着我国钢铁产业新政的发布,很多民营钢铁企业都面临着前所未有的危机。因此面对越来越严峻的市场形势,民营钢铁企业必须制定出拥有适合自身的发展战略,以保障自身的正常运营和稳定发展。建龙钢铁集团最初成立于2003年,是国内具有较大实力的民营钢铁企业,同时也是我国钢铁产业未来发展的生力军。其经营产品主要包括圆钢、角钢、无缝钢管等十几种产品。集团目前是拥有七个管理部门、十一家子公司和三个参股公司。本文以建龙钢铁集团为目标案例,通过研究当前国内外的相应的发展战略理论的成果和国内知名钢铁企业的先进经验,全方位的对建龙钢铁集团进行了深入分析,并针对建龙钢铁集团当前发展中存在的问题提出了相应的发展战略和能够保障其发展战略顺利实施的保障措施。首先,笔者交代了论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法、理论基础和国内外研究综述,提出了本文创作的初衷和对于建龙钢铁集团发展的理论意义和实际意义,并根据建龙钢铁集团的发展现状寻找出当前建龙钢铁集团存在的问题,为下文的发展战略的研究进行铺垫。其次,笔者依据战略管理相关理论为基础,重点对建龙钢铁集团的外部环境、竞争结构等方面展开分析和探讨,并对建龙钢铁内部的情况进行了细致的了解,并运用SWOT分析方法对建龙钢铁集团的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了系统的分析。最后,笔者根据建龙钢铁集团的SWOT分析确定了建龙钢铁集团未来可以选择的适合自身发展的发展战略,即SO战略(其中包括新产品研发的SO战略和市场扩张的SO战略)与ST战略(其中包括低成本ST战略、供产一体化ST战略和市场开发战略),并对相关战略的实施和保障措施进行了陈述,笔者认为建龙钢铁集团在战略的实施中应当采取加强资金管理、扩大生产规模,调整优化产品结构、加大品种钢开发和使用技术的研究力度,推动品种钢的战略营销和建立健全市场营销体系等对策,而为了保障战略的顺利实施笔者认为建龙钢铁集团应当采取加快集团技术中心建设步伐、加大资源保障力度、推进集中一贯制管理模式的导入加大人力资源建设力度和加强企业文化建设等措施。由于国内针对钢铁产业的发展战略的研究基本上都停留在理论层面,而本文针对建龙钢铁集团展开研究,切实的为建龙钢铁集团未来的发展提出建设性的战略意见,因此,本文在理论联系实践方面具有一定的创新性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global steel industry has seen widespread overcapacity, and the international economic situation is still not very optimistic, there is a lot of uncertainty. However, the internal competition of iron and steel industry in our country is extremely fierce, the whole iron and steel industry is basically operating under the condition of successive years of losses. Especially with the release of the New deal of Iron and Steel Industry, many private steel enterprises are facing unprecedented crisis. Therefore, in the face of more and more severe market situation, private iron and steel enterprises must formulate a development strategy suitable for their own, in order to ensure their normal operation and stable development. Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, founded in 2003, is a private steel enterprise with great strength in our country, and it is also a new force in the future development of China's iron and steel industry. Its business products mainly include round steel, angle steel, seamless steel pipe and more than a dozen products. The group currently has seven management departments, eleven subsidiaries and three equity-taking companies. This paper takes Jianlong Iron and Steel Group as the target case, through studying the achievement of the corresponding development strategy theory at home and abroad and the advanced experience of domestic famous iron and steel enterprises, makes a thorough analysis of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group in all directions. Aiming at the problems existing in the current development of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, this paper puts forward the corresponding development strategy and the guarantee measures which can guarantee the smooth implementation of the development strategy of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. First of all, the author explains the research background, research significance, research content, research methods, theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research review, and puts forward the original intention of this paper and the theoretical and practical significance for the development of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. According to the present development situation of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, the existing problems of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group are found out, which pave the way for the research of the following development strategy. Secondly, based on the theory of strategic management, the author analyzes and discusses the external environment and competitive structure of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, and makes a detailed understanding of the internal situation of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group are systematically analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. Finally, according to the SWOT analysis of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, the author determines the development strategy which can be chosen by Jianlong Iron and Steel Group for its own development in the future. So strategy (including so strategy for new product development and so strategy for market expansion) and St strategy (including low cost St strategy), St strategy and market development strategy of supply and production integration, and the implementation and safeguard measures of related strategies are stated. The author thinks that Jianlong Iron and Steel Group should strengthen capital management and expand production scale in the implementation of the strategy. Adjust and optimize the product structure, increase the research on the technology of developing and using the variety steel, promote the strategic marketing of the variety steel and establish and perfect the marketing system, etc. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, the author believes that Jianlong Iron and Steel Group should speed up the construction of the technical center of the Group and increase the strength of resource guarantee. Promoting the introduction of centralized and consistent management mode and strengthening the construction of human resources and corporate culture. Since the domestic research on the development strategy of iron and steel industry is basically confined to the theoretical level, this paper focuses on the research of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group, and puts forward constructive strategic suggestions for the future development of Jianlong Iron and Steel Group. This article has certain innovation in the aspect of combining theory with practice.
