建筑工业化背景下建筑部品大规模定制管理研究

【摘要】：距离我国首次提出发展建筑工业化已经时隔很久,但如今工业化建筑的总体规模和占比在我国仍然较低,而国外建筑工业化发展较为成熟的国家,已经大范围的实现了建筑构件的工厂式生产和装配。一方面资源紧缺、竞争加剧、人力成本增高仍然是我国传统建筑业面临的问题,另一方面市场细分、客户需求多样化加之信息技术的发展,给建筑的设计、生产和施工带来新的挑战和目标。因此,建筑部品(件)[本文提到的建筑部品包括建筑部品和建筑部件]的大规模定制成为未来发展的重要方向。建筑工业化是建筑部品(件)大规模定制的市场背景,同时建筑部品(件)实现大规模定制会更好的促进建筑工业化的发展,两者相互依存。因此,本文在综述国内外研究现状的基础上,首先介绍了大规模定制的概念,并对我国装配式建筑中建筑部品(件)大规模定制的实现过程做了分析,根据目前装配式建筑发展的有关政策和取得成效,采用文献研究的方法深入分析建筑部品(件)大规模定制中仍然存在的问题及深层次原因。接着,分别以美国、日本建筑业大规模定制和汽车制造业、计算机制造业大规模定制的案例入手,了解国内外推行大规模定制的经验做法,得到借鉴启示。进而,对应前章的原因,结合国内外经验启示和实际应用案例,从完善政策与制度、建立标准与规范、实施大规模定制手段、应用信息化技术、培养装配式建筑人才等五个方面进行分析,为以大规模定制为创新发展点实现建筑工业化的进程提供有效的借鉴参考。
[Abstract]:It has been a long time from our country to put forward the development of construction industrialization for the first time, but now the overall scale and proportion of industrial buildings are still lower in our country, and the countries with more mature industrial development have already realized the factory production and assembly of the building components. On the one hand, the resources are scarce, the competition is aggravated, and the manpower is made. This increase is still a problem facing China's traditional construction industry. On the other hand, market segmentation, customer demand diversification and the development of information technology bring new challenges and goals to the design, production and construction of the building. Therefore, the Ministry of Architecture (parts) [the parts mentioned in this article, including the Ministry of architecture and building components], is made in a large scale. As an important direction for future development, building industrialization is the market background of mass customization of the Ministry of architecture. At the same time, the implementation of mass customization will be better to promote the development of construction industrialization, and the two are interdependent. The implementation process of mass customization in China's assembly building is analyzed. According to the relevant policies and achievements of the development of the assembly architecture, the existing problems and deep reasons in the mass customization of the Ministry of architecture are deeply analyzed by the method of literature research. Then, the United States, Japan, respectively, In the case of mass customization of the construction industry and the automobile manufacturing industry and the mass customization of computer manufacturing, the experience of mass customization at home and abroad is understood and the enlightenment is learned. The analysis of five aspects, such as the means of scale customization, the application of information technology and the training of the assembled architecture talents, provides an effective reference for the implementation of the process of building industrialization with mass customization as a point of innovation and development.
