华能金桥热电厂电力营销策略研究

【摘要】:我国的电力体制改革是以2002年“厂网分开”为标志正式启动,原来归各省电力公司管辖的发电厂被分离出来,独立参与市场竞争,独立核算。中国华能集团公司全资子公司的发电企业—华能金桥热电厂,是热电联产的大中型企业,肩负着呼和浩特市大部分地区的发电供热任务。目前,金桥热电厂才刚刚正式开始其市场营销工作,其营销策略对于未来的发展和经济效益有着举足轻重的作用。华能金桥热电厂是一个具有代表性质的国营性老企业,本文就是以该厂为例,并结合实际情况,以营销理论、成本理论、电价理论、经济学理论、战略理论及电力市场等相关理论工具为研究方法,从成本、电价、电量以及电能质量等多个方面进行研究,提出了高效的且具有竞争性的市场营销措施和策略。期望这些措施和策略可以对金桥热电厂有参考价值,并对相关发电企业有所启发和帮助,能够在日趋激烈的市场竞争中得到更好的发展。
[Abstract]:The power system reform in China is officially launched in 2002 as a symbol of the "separation of plant and network". The power plant under the jurisdiction of the provincial power companies was separated, independently involved in the market competition and independent accounting. The Huaneng Jinqiao thermal power plant, the power generation enterprise of the China Huaneng Group company, is a large and medium-sized enterprise of cogeneration. At present, the Jinqiao thermal power plant has just started its marketing work, and its marketing strategy plays an important role in the future development and economic benefits. The Huaneng Jinqiao thermal power plant is a representative state-owned old enterprise. This paper is taking the factory as an example. Combined with the actual situation, the research methods, such as the marketing theory, the cost theory, the electricity price theory, the economic theory, the strategic theory and the electricity market, have been studied, and the efficient and competitive marketing measures and strategies are put forward. And the strategy can be of reference value to the Jinqiao thermal power plant, and enlighten and help the related power generation enterprises, and can get better development in the increasingly fierce market competition.
